Very helpful and friendly staff, tyre change was very fast went in at 12 pm and left by 12.30 for a front rear tyre change. Good coffee at the waiting area and the reception was very friendly.

Everyone was really helpful and kind nothing was too much trouble. Getting them to look at my car was really easy

We were unfortunate to have 2 flat tyres and our rescue people took us to Protyre to have them replaced. They were very helpful and polite suggesting that we should also have the tracking checked as well which we did. It was way out. We were very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Came back with handbrake stretched by two inches only had new cable 3 months ago not best pleased to say the least

They couldn’t do the tracking but still charged me the full amount

Really easy to book my service with Protyre online and was even surprised that they were open on a bank holiday. The site was very clean and I received a warm welcome on entry. The team were attentive when I explained a few concerns I had. I was comfortable leaving the vehicle with them and that they would take care of it. I did have to wait for longer than expected and it was getting near to their closing time and I hadn’t been contacted. So I called and got a friendly update that they’d been delayed waiting for a part but it would only be 10 more minutes. I arrived within that window and the car was already parked up. I received a comprehensive explanation of the work done, and a full invoice receipt with details about the condition of my car. Really pleased.
