Great service as always from Protyre.
Great service as always from Protyre. Had the strange experience of two tyres blowing on diagonal opposites at the same time. Called Green Flag who sorted out the tyres and a recovery vehicle. Handed the car over to Ashley Wood Recovery and collected it from Protyre a couple of hours later. Great service from all involved which turned a potential drama into a pain free experience.

Honest review here....I cannot recommend Protyre Weymouth highly enough.
As a family with three cars on the road, we've needed their help on numerous occasions over the years, and they have consistently provided an excellent service.
The team are always professional, accommodating, polite and respectful.
They genuinely go out of their way to help, whether it's fitting us in at short notice, providing honest advice, or ensuring our vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
Most recently, an issue arose which was through no fault of Protyre's. Despite this, they dealt with the situation swiftly, professionally and without hesitation, demonstrating excellent customer service and a real commitment to looking after their customers.
They also offered a very competitive price, representing great value for money.
I've always found them to be convenient, reliable, and reasonable in all respects.
It's refreshing to find a business that consistently puts customers first.

Dorchester branch Excellent, Weymouth not so good!
I usually use the Dorchester branch where I have found the service exceptional, this time I used the Weymouth branch and it wasn't as good!
The tracking equipment couldn't print a report, the explanations not as helpful, and I had to clean the rim sealant off my tyre and alloy wheel myself when I got home!
It didn't feel like the same company as Dorchester Protyre!

Before my journey back to Kent from…
Before my journey back to Kent from Weymouth i was unfortunate to have a flat tyre. I managed to put the spare silly tyre on. Protyre were the third company as the other two telling me iwould need a tyre without inspecting it first and the informing that it would be at least two hours as they needed to order in a tyre.
At Protyre the person on the desk was polite and understood that I was en route to Kent. Within a short time a very pleasant took the car into the garage and then informed me that i had a stone splinter in the tread and that they could plug it and would not need to have a new tyre. I took all the luggage from the boot and he put the spare tyre back in the wheel compartment.
thiis was done in half an hour. Very good service.
All staff were pleasant and helpful. Thanks

Booked in for an mot
Booked in for an mot and dropped the car off in advance. I had to wait quite a while for someone to come to the desk and take the keys, there is no bell or any way to let staff know a customer is there as far as I could tell.
I asked for a slow puncture to be looked at while they had the car.
I didn't receive any notification that the mot had been completed, but through regular checking on line with the mot check site, I realised it had been done two hours after the mot booking.
When I went to collect the car, I again had to wait at the desk until a member of staff appeared. He seemed flustered and not very organised.
When I reminded him what my car was in for, I was told the mot had been done but they hadn't looked at the tyre and he asked if i could come back tomorrow. He then seemed to not know where he had put the key to the car.
All in all, not a very good service and very disorganised.
They completed the mot which is why I have given two stars.
