You sent this item via Fed Ex Service. They emailed us a Delivery notification and time of 9 am to 1pm, we waited in but no delivery, new update now expected 1pm to 3pm, still nothing, then received a message from Fed Ex at 1:42 saying they could not deliver our parcel because nobody was in ( Lie ) and No card through the door neither.

Drove to the Fed Ex distribution centre in Durham and picked parcel and to be told oh ye, some of our drivers don't even bother trying to deliver.

Absolute joke.

Fed Ex are giving QBIC Heating a bad name here, I know what I would do, get my money back from them, then find someone more reliable and honest to handle your deliveries.

Doesn't heat water for a small sink in the bathroom. Putting the tap into an incredibly small, sad trickle, you'll feel a slight change in the temperature.

Ordered, and paid for the radiator that was shown as "in stock" only to be messaged several days after that, in fact it wasn't in stock at all with no date as to when it might be! Other sites that I went told as I was trying to check out that there was no stock.

I'd have no issues recommending this company, no real problems. However, I didn't receive any confirmation emails from them and when contacted via their website I didn't receive a reply until my order was already on the way. My order was delivered within 3 days, not the 1-2 days promised on the website
