Bad service just getting worse and worse. DO NOT use if ordering from the UK!
I have actually used Redwolf for almost a decade. Generally they were quite good, they had great stock and delivery was usually pretty good. However the service has steadily become worse and worse, to the point where you now order products and it really is pot luck if you get them. From my experience it seems to be down to their shipping. Unfortunately they use UPS, and UPS international just cannot do their jobs. I regularly order from other Chinese firms and have never had any issues, however for the last year every order with Redwolf has had issues, you pay for express and it takes over 2 weeks to get to you, another firm I regularly use (I won't put their name here), I've never ordered express shipping, yet I have never had an order take more than two weeks to get to me, usually its within a week. This firm uses EMS and DHL just out of interest, and rarely do I pay brokerage charges, and it never gets stuck in customs, UPS however.... every single time!!!
The last three orders UPS keep asking me for:
EORI/VAT Number
UPS credit account Number
DAN number
I neither have, or know what these are. I contact Redwolf, and they state that its not their issue, and I have to sort it out. I have no idea how to do this, also If I order a product, why is it my responsibility to chase up the delivery and ensure the shipping information is correct, I have no control over this. ON my last order I flat out asked for another delivery firm to be used, again they used UPS and again it has sat in customs for two weeks while they wait for information I cannot provide. Redwolf's response when I contacted them was, "once it enters your country it is no longer our responsibility, and it is for you to sort out with the Brokers (UPS)".
I don't know what delivery is like to other countries, but if you are ordering from the UK DO NOT use Redwolf, there are plenty of other firms who won't use UPS, use them instead and you will actually get what you ordered.
I did go to Redwolf first to sort this out, they were not interested, I guess when you get so big, you really don't need to worry about the customers, especially if you have had their money.

ordered Dec 4 2020 4 prowin hop chamber and never received item, paid shipping fee but offering different way of shipping but until now never sent my item as theyre excuse not able to send via post office, yeah been receiving item from chine aliexpress and your company cant sent any? to much reason its like you dont have my item or acting like a scammer.
Sold me New, Sent me Used
I purchased, what was supposed to be a NEW Red Dot and i received one that was marred on the bottom, a fingerprint on the glass, no battery OR screw for battery, and the box was obviously opened.
Then, they refused to send a new one and a shopping label for return so i had to open a PayPal dispute and ended up haveing to spend 2 hours of my time and $28 to ship it back to Chia.
Nothing but the cost was reimbursed.

At the end of the day I did get what I ordered, however their entire system leaves something to be desired. When I ordered I received an email with an order number and a receipt, however my order never showed up on my account, and simply said 'no orders placed'. I contacted their support and was told that this is a glitch due to their newly reworked website, and that the order should show up soon. I waited a few days and didn't see anything, so I reached out again to confirm that my order was indeed received. A day later I was told that yes my order was in the system and should be sent out the coming Friday, and that I would receive an email when it ships. Friday came and went, with no email. I waited another week before contacting support again, which generally responds within a day, but due to the holiday season was having delays. I had one rep say she would 'look into it' as to why my order hadn't shipped in nearly two weeks, but never got back to me. In another attempt I did not get any response. I was close to calling my bank to tell them to reverse the charge as I had no definitive proof my order would go through and seemingly nothing had happened in two weeks, when finally I got an email saying it had shipped. Note that this was UPS telling me a label had been made, there is no tracking from China to the US, only tracking starts when the item arrives at UPS in the US. I had picked economy shipping so that's to be expected. After another week and a half I did finally receive my order and everything seems to be correct. My order still does not appear in my account on the website, so if you are trying to earn loyalty points you may have trouble. Overall I did get what I ordered, but I had to stay on top of the company to make sure everything kept moving. I only ordered one item for a costume so I doubt I will order again anyway, but I would be wary of going through the process again. One odd thing to note that may or may not be a law I'm not aware of, but any and all depiction of the original gun manufacturer that the airsoft replica is trying to emulate has been censored. This includes the company (H&K) logo being melted on the gun, and the logo being blacked out with sharpie on every picture in the manual and box. Very strange but it may be to decrease the risk of the replica being confused with a real weapon. Also note the orange paint they apply to comply with US regulations will be added, so if you buy a gun for a costume keep that in mind. You can get creative with how to handle that but I won't tell you how here.

Modtog d. 9/9 en pakke fra Redwolf, med varer som, i meget væsentlige detaljer, ikke svarede til billedet på shoppen, hvilket Redwolf fik en mail om - med billeddokumentation - samme dag.
Dagen efter kunne jeg konstatere at Redwolf havde ændret billederne på webshoppen.
D. 14/9 kontaktede jeg Redwolf på deres Facebook side - og modtog besked om at jeg skulle sende en mail til dem igen og så ville de se på sagen. Dagen efter modtog jeg en bekræftelse af at de havde modtaget mailen, men ingen løsning eller tidshorisont for hvornår jeg kunne forvente en løsning.
D. 21/9 rykkede jeg for svar pr. mail
D. 25/9 modtog jeg en i det store hele uforståelig mail, som kunne forstås således at de afventer reservedele fra producenten før de kan hjælpe mig. Den kunne også forstås således at de mener at problemet er producentens, ikke deres. Jeg afventer stadig en uddybning.
Ved bestilling betalte jeg for levering med kurer, fordi jeg skulle bruge varerne hurtigt. De varer jeg modtog kan jeg ikke bruge.
Jeg husker Redwolf, fra "gamle dage", som et af de gode steder at handle air-soft. Det er tydeligvis ikke tilfældet længere. Jeg kan kun anbefale ikke at handle hos dem.
Opdatering:
D. 28/9 kom beskeden at de ønskede dele ikke kunne skaffes, men at de indvilliger i at refundere et beløb som svarer nogenlunde til værdien af reservedelene. Det er den mindst attråværdige løsning, men trods alt en løsning.

I placed an order of $600 worth of airsoft guns/equipment over 3 weeks ago. I was informed that delivery would take 3-4 weeks due to “Covid”. Upon reviewing my order I found that my order was never even shipped. I emailed redwolf and they told me that my order would be shipped out this week. Today I received an email telling me that my order is going to be delayed another two weeks due to “Covid” and “protesting in the US”. Why in fuk would “protesting in the US” affect when you ship your packages out? Why in the fuk is “Covid” delaying shipment when China has been reopened for a month? There is no way that this company is too busy that it takes a month in a half to process my order. Sounds like this is a god damn joke to screw around with people’s money. Another week and I demand a full refund! Will change my rating accordingly when and if my order ships out.
Speedy Delivery
Speedy Delivery, better price than the other online shops I compared with. Product arrived in perfect condition. It took 3 days only to New York, that's is faster than any other local retailers.
Nobody should buy from them
Nobody should buy from them! I paid for an SPS Falcon with card, and after a few months I started a complain ticket because nothing arrived. Then after half a year they change my order status from processing to cancelled without I'm getting any notification. The automatic reasoning is, that I didn't pay. I PAID 167 USD!

Beware of the items they post on their website. They might came in different.
A few weeks ago I bought a raven 01 PDI Japan inner barrel for G17 Tokyo Marui. In the website the picture shows it has Raven marking, logo marking, pdi marking, and Japan marking on the barrel. I expect it will be like this when I came.
But when item arrived, the packaging says Raven 01 but the barrel looks totally different! it has no correct markings as per described in their website. and the color also different. There is no Japan marking on it to show it is made from japan.
the customer service not only irresponsible but also very poor!
When I ask for exchange or refund but they denied it is a fake barrel. They instead resolved this as customer does not like the item they purchase. So refund need to pay for shipping fees.
It is clearly their fault to sent me the wrong barrel. But they expect me to pay for the shipping!
Go somewhere else.
Ordered from them and after they charged my account they sent an email asking for photocopies of my drivers license or they would not ship.
Don't ever do this. This is how your identity gets stolen.
Find someone else.
