RedWolf dicide.

Hello, everyone. I highly encourage you to avoid ordering anything from RedWolf and here is why:

I ordered AEG from this company on October, 2018. At first, everything seemed to be okay yet eventually, I noticed one odd thing: tracking code has not been updated in weeks. Yes, I could find my parcel via tracking code but its status said that my package is.. somewhere? I contacted RedWolf company in hope that they could resolve my problem.

However, RedWolf's support managed not only to fail at resolving my issue but also show lack of activity/support itself. I provided them screens of my tracking code status and wrote them multiple times.

Eventually, RedWolf replied that they have opened an investigation case with Post Office and will contact me once they'll have any update on this case. Naturally, they wrote nothing since then. When I contacted them again, only THEN, RedWolf replied that they have cheked with Hong Kong post who confirmed that my package has already arrived to my country and is currently under custom inspection. They wrote this on 12th of November and today is 28th of November.

I contacted post office of my country and they replied that no package can be found under the number I was given. Moreover, tracking code still says that my package is -somewhere out there- outside of my country and still has not been updated. As much as I would like to resolve this case, with such horrible support from RedWolf I believe it is not possible. They stopped to reply on my emails.

So, I've ordered my AEG at the beginning of October. Today is 28th of November. I have no clue where my AEG is. Tracking code is not being update. RedWolf barely replies and states that my AEG is already in my country. My country's post office states that they have no such package.

Everything would have been much easier and better if RedWolf would ACTUALLY care about their customers and provide ACTUAL support instead of rare replies. They give an impression that they don't care. One last note: They also refuse to refund my money, because they believe that AEG is in my country already.

If you want to keep your nerves in one piece and your wallet as well, I encourage you to think twice before ordering anything from this company, who clearly needs to learn how to provide support during such cases. Nowadays, with tracking codes technology and internet, such Nonsense as this simply cannot be tolerated.

Huge selection and fast response / shipping

They have so many things that I cannot find elsewhere on other websites. Customer service was responsive and pointed out that I was trying to get the wrong stock that wouldn't fit the gun I was trying to buy, and made some other recommendations that I followed. They also asked me for my credit card image but I understood it was for security reasons to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards. I provided the images and my order was shipped and i received it in 3 days after I ordered! That's shipping from Hong Kong to Colorado! Simply amazing speed and I would use them again.

No customer service for faulty …

No customer service for faulty products.

Bought a red-dot paid over 100 dollar and found the unit was faulty, the red sign can not be adjusted vertically.

Sent several emails to Redwolf customer service, got responds few days later and ask to shot a video through the sign to approve this was a faulty product. I did as they asked and sent the video wait few days, and guess what, they asked me to shot another video outside with 'longer range'.

I replied email asked for refund or replacement for this faulty product, and happy to ship back to them if they have any concerns. However since them I get no reply at all.

So if you bought something is faulty from them, good luck!

Fast delivery and knowledgeable staff

Ordered a VFC HK417 from them and it arrived in perfect condition. There was a lot of bubble wrap on the packaging but I guess they wanted to make sure it was not damaged during shipping. From ordering to arrival took 3 days, which is very fast considering companies in the UK can't seem to deliver in anything less than a week - and Redwolf ships from their hong kong warehouse! Knowledgeable staff helped me make my decision since I was choosing between several models to see which could be modified to my specifications. Will be back for sure.

REd Wolf Airsoft fails again!!!

I'm sure that many will say that RedWolf airsoft is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but there are a growing number is major customer complaints on their facebook page, those they haven't taken down. they took mine down, but were not able to remove the review. The stock was completely defective, but they focused only on the missing screw and refused to address the major issues. To save time, here is the review that they were not able to take down.

Just received my Asura Dynamics PT-1 stock. Be careful, this is junk. It arrived with missing screw, will not retract or extend, due to release lever not working, (It is VERY tight and has no effect on releasing the stock) some rub marks and the butt pad will not move into alignment even if I had the missing screw and missing hex key. They have offered to replace the screw, but not replace the defective stock. I see a PayPal dispute in the future.

I certainly will not buy from them again.

I just head from Asura. They said if I wasn't happy to send it back to them. Great! But they didn't give me an address, then blocked me so I couldn't ask. They don't have a website, just facebook.

Quick HK To UK Delivery

I've previously used another HK-based supplier for importing airsoft parts and upgrades. They used Parcel Force as their UK courier, whom are pretty hopeless when it comes to importing goods (can't pay customs fees online without first receiving a notification letter, online payment forms always broken, high processing costs, delays, etc).

I tried Redwolf HK recently as they seemed to have a better selection and are currently running a site-wide 15% off discount.

Like their competitor they dispatched the next day, but they used DHL for the international delivery, whom appear to be much better at handling imports. As such, I received my order in half the time and with minimal fuss.

I now favor RedWolf mostly because of their choice of courier; but also due to their slightly better selection. Their prices tend to be higher, but with the current 15% discount they work out better.

My experiences with Redwolf UK on the other hand have been much more mixed - but the Redwolf HK site makes it clear that they are in fact separate companies, so I don't believe any negative experiences with the UK site/shop should detract from the HK one.

Not a bad price but very rude staff and terrible delivery

Title just about sums it all up but following my recent order it was made very clear that they didn't care for their customers. I was told for over a week my item had been shipped, they refused to provide tracking numbers and after numerous calls and emails it turns out they'd never shipped it (surprise surprise!).

Every time I called I got in contact responses were very sarcastic and it was made out that I was asking too much of them, just for a simple tracking number or even proof of postage.

Website says they ship via UPS for large orders (which it was), they told me Parcel Force and Royal Mail then order confirmation says HKP (Hong Kong Post).

Very poor service, won't be using again that's for sure!

Super, perfect

Made a semi big order the other day. Called them to cancell it, so that I could start all over again. They were very quick on the phone, helped me right away. Perfect.
Had some trouble with a coupon code, called them again, and they fixed it right away. SUPER.
Only one problem with Redwolf, and that, that they have a lot of products, that always out of stock.

Dagen efter fik jeg mail med track and trace, som kunne følges hos UPS.
Varene blev leveret torsdag klokken 10.33, og alt var i perfekt orden.
