Enorm goed en duidelijk klantcontact gedurende de hele looptijd.
Twee keer kwam mijn gereserveerde product niet door de laatste kwaliteitstesten, maar telkens was er goed contact hierover. Uiteindelijk een mooi en kwalitatief goed product ontvangen, erg blij mee.

My phone was here within 24 hours of ordering - I was contacted by Val to apologise for them not having the colour I had ordered - and to offer me the choice of two others, including silver - which I happily accwpted.
She was very pleasant and polite and helpful - an absolute credit to the company. Rini supported me today and she deserves a mention too!!

I ordered a Refurbished Apple Watch SE 40mm (2020), Cellular in Space Grey in condition "Very Good" for €159.95 on June 8th.

Within a week of receiving it the Watch had already stopped working, so I contacted them again on July 2nd. I then followed their instructions and sent photos of the Watch as requested. I returned it using their specified method and provided photo proof of the delivery's collection confirmation.

On July 20th, a week and a half later, I followed up because I still hadn't received my refund. I was told the Watch was still with DPD at that point. By August 14th, almost four weeks after that, I still hadn't heard anything and still hadn't been refunded.

Then on August 20th I received an email suggesting I might have returned the "wrong" watch referencing a black SE (2014) that I never ordered! My order was clearly a grey SE (2020) which is obvious from the photos I had already sent them.

As a consumer I have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, which entitles me to cancel the purchase and receive my money back. Instead I have to deal with delays, poor communication (only via e-mail, all their provided phone numbers do not work) and now a strange attempt to dispute which item I returned despite having provided clear photo evidence throughout.

Update: Finally, after more than 3 months it all got sorted and I received a refund. I got a call from a friendly representative that actually cared and took care of it within hours.

Originally ordered a zfold 5 in black but it failed the company's test so received a call to ask if I wouldn't mind receiving a different colour. I agreed to it witch the company also upgraded the phone with bigger storage free of charge. I agreed the upgrade at 16:45 on Friday and received the phone on Saturday morning amazing delivery service. Absolutely amazing phone works absolutely fine and is in excellent condition not a scratch on it. The last zfold 3 refurbished one i had lasted 3 years. I have no doubt this one will be just as good thanks for outstanding communication and service.

Smartwatch besteld, kwam niet door kwaliteitscontrole. Nieuwer type aangeboden gekregen. Ging niet door door miscommunicatie. Daarna geen gehoor meer. Meerdere mails gestuurd. Ander horloge van de site uitgekozen of ik die dan kon krijgen, zouden ze overleggen. Ook geen reactie.

Very happy with my apple watch! After I ordered it, it took a while before it arrived (although it was shipped the day that I ordered it) but all my questions were promptly answered and followed up by Rini.

Slight delay with the order, but all was resolved after communicating with Joe. Updated me on the issue and provided me with a resolution. Very happy with my phone and the service provided. I would highly recommend.

I communicated with a staff member; Joe, I believe. He was extremely helpful, reassuring and negotiable in regards to the complex situation that had occurred. He kept me updated with accurate product analysis and the expected time of arrival, for my delivery. Giving me multiple avenues to work with, I settled with a fair agreement and am a very happy customer as a result. Great job!! & thanks for being patient with me ^.^

Bought a phone that arrived with a faulty microphone and restarts randomly at will. so disappointed especially during the time of the year when I need a phone to organise myself business wise. I doubt if this company took time to check this phone before selling it .

My iPad wasn’t working after using for several weeks, after lots of emails and the fantastic help received from the Customer Service team I was able to send it back and after a short while they contacted me to say it was all working and that they had already sent back. I received it today and is working. The customer service support I received really was exceptional, I have never had this with other companies so I would really highly recommend Refurb Phone Sales

Ik was een beetje sceptisch vanwege de onduidelijkheid online, en toch wat negatieve reviews, maar heb een erg soepel proces gehad, snel geleverd en gewoon zoals geadverteerd (iPad pro).

Assistenza pari a zero. Mi hanno inviato la prima volta il cellulare non funzionante perchè non funzionava la rete dati con sim. Sostituito e reinviato un cellulare con schermo rotto. Faccio notare che avevo scelto un samsung s20 ottime condizioni. Mi rispondono che non è in garanzia e mi danno 3 opzioni: ripararlo a prezzo speciale di 107 euro, riaverlo senza costi aggiuntivi oppure smaltirlo da parte loro. Questo cellulare è arrivato rotto e mi dovrei accollare la spesa di riparazione? ma siamo veramente allo sbando. Ho richiesto la spedizione e per me sono in lista nera.
