Een week lang moeten mailen om de telefoon 'de volgende dag' geleverd te krijgen. Alerlei smoezen, pas toen ik het geld terugvroeg kreeg ik ineens bericht dat er geleverd werd.

Ik zie dat je je bestelling op 24/06 hebt geplaatst. Het werd verzonden op 26/06 en geleverd op 02/07, wat betekent dat je je bestelling binnen 4 werkdagen hebt ontvangen, wat binnen het verwachte tijdsbestek is. Als je het artikel om wat voor reden dan ook wilt retourneren, stuur ons dan een e-mail, dan geven we je de retourprocedure.

We sent you a return label on 12/06, but it appears it has not been used yet. We cannot issue a refund until the device is returned to us, and the tracking information indicates that it hasn't been activated, meaning the package hasn't been sent back to us.
We have also emailed you privately. Please respond so we can understand the situation better.

iPad Pro 13’ severe touch disfunction
My 2018 iPad Pro 13’ has severe touch screen disfunction, where it does not always pick up my finger gestures. As a full time artist this is incredibly irritating when trying to draw.
I am going to wait until I get my screen protector in hope that it will somehow fix the problem, otherwise I think I will be left to no choice than to send it back.
And get a new one.

Very good and fast communication. Original product was noch available. Refurb offered instead an alternative with better quality to deliver in time. I would call it "customer service". Product delivered works fine and is as described. Thanks.

The logistic failed
The logistic failed, got a box that was for a user in Ireland. 2 days later my box showed up. Then I need to take care of the return of the wrong box. The respons from the person i emailed with was good.
