I was charged $75.89 for an order I placed on Dec. 10 and still have not received it by 12/30. I called the number listed to find out what had happened and the phone was answered by someone who sounded like they were sitting in a room full of people somewhere in Asia loudly answering phone calls. I was told there was a 'delay' in the order and it would ship out in 5 days but I have my doubts. It seems like I've been scammed!

Ordered a hands free crutch. Never received a confirmation email. Could not log back into site. Several "forgot password" verification emails failed to arrive. I check my cc card and saw the transaction did go through.
After the 5-7 day delivery window listed on the website passed, I called customer service.
The agent who answered was barely audible over the din of what sounded like a loud bar or party. He gave me an order number and said there was a delay in the order and said the item should ship in 5-7 days.
The whole thing feels too much like a scam, so I contested the transaction with my cc company.

Easy to find and order ultrasound unit. Hopefully everything comes on time and works.

I found the wrist braces I wanted but was confused when rehabstore popped up. I thought I was ordering from Push Sports. It should be clearer.

Your cart and checkout process is completely unmanageable on a mobile device. I had to switch to a computer and it was barely improved on a computer.

Having surgery and they never confirmed delivery of necessary equipment, Had to call and then they say 10+ day delay, never called me to confirm the delay so had to cancel and purchase equipment at the 11th hour somewhere else! Terrible customer service and assume they won't credit this mistake! Will have to call credit card company next! Joy!

Ordered the Metagrip thumb brace. Can't wait to receive it. I was only disappointed in the fact they emailed me a 1st time buyer code, and it was "invalid" when I did order the brace. Nor was expedited shipping available. Nonetheless, I did order.

Buyer beware!!! do not buy from these boats first of all they have nothing in stock like many other reviews say you pay for your item and my case I waited over six weeks when they finally sent it. It was too late. I had to buy from someone else, so I followed the return policy and returned a brand new item that I did not use Send it to them and now they’re refusing to give me a refund even though I file the return policy and they’re saying it was broken. When return I have pictures of what I sent back to them. It was brand new. They just looked to steal your money….. I am taking them to court over this. I don’t care what it cost. These people have to be held accountable… Do not buy from them. They’re horrible.

i applied the code for 15% discount and it charged me full price. not ok. that is deceptive i put the code in and it did not take the 15% off.

Do not buy from them! They don’t actually have anything in stock. They take your money and lie about your order coming for weeks and then you get one item you ordered that is a complete rip off for what you paid. Then you beg them to refund your money and I’m still waiting……

Great products at great prices. Very duarable and well made.
