I was supposed to get 10% off but there was no place to apply it.

The website is easy to use and finding what I needed without any work was great. The check out was also very easy and quick.

took over 30 minutes to figure out how to order for the right hand. also there isn't anything stating return policy since i do not know if these will fit both hands/arm/wrist since ordering for my sister who is bedbound with late stage multiple sclerosis and is on feeding tube, suprapubic catheter. I need to be able to put on her hands/arm wrist to stop contractures from getting worse like claws, need this device to be able to flatten her fingers and keep wrist straight

I purchased two metagrip thumb supports for my husband and I on 10/17/25. As of today, I have yet to receive tracking information. I called customer service re: the status of my order and the representative acknowledged that the product was in stock. So, why the delay? WHY? Medical supplies are ordered out of necessity. There should be a sense of urgency for all orders. Very disappointed in the speed in which my order is being handled.

I placed an order on August 21st and was told the expected delivery time was 5–7 days. After 9 days, I was informed it would take another 5–7 days to ship. The item was never shipped at all.

At the 3 week mark, I requested a refund. It is now 5 weeks, and I still have not received my refund.

rejected my order 3 times because of suspected fraud. finally accepted order.

DO NOT waste your time and money with this company. They take forever to ship your order over 4 weeks and then when the item did not turn out to be what I needed they refused to allow me to return it. Feels like I got ripped off. Should have went with Amazon.

If I could rate this company in the negatives I would. It took one month for the product to ship. Prior to the product shipping, I canceled the order because it was taking so long. They didn't cancel the order and shipped it anyway. Customer service was nice but refused to give me a confirmation number for the cancellation. When I called again and ask why it wasn't canceled, I didn't get a very good answer and was told that it is now on me to take care of the return. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Do not order from them.

The product appears to be just what I need since my knee acts out during and following driving. My only real problem, which is a consequence of the medications, etc I am taking to deal with pain, is that when trying to create an account I tripped myself up a bit due to verify this verify that. Your verifications were colorful and entertaining, but were a bit glaring to someone trying to heal.

At one point 8 went to a 500 page,( this webpage doesn't exist ) which was disconcerting. I saw this product on Amazon, and saw it highly rated, but always try to avoid Amazon, so looked for the Polar store. Never learned where it was coming from, my surgery is only about a week away, so was disconcerting. Not being told anything about when might arrive, I did say needed by 8/15.

I place my order on 7/14 and heard nothing regarding a ship date. 5 days later I contacted them and was told they were short on stock and it would take another 5-7 days. So I waited and 5 days later I tried again. Again, I was told it would take another 5-7 days. So I canceled my order and asked for a credit since they charged my card when I placed the order. After continuing to request this credit I finally rec'vd notice that it has been processed as of 8/5 but will take another 5-7 days to hit my credit card. Do business with this company at your own risk, they are horrible especially the "customer service dept."

How dare they take advantage of customers with disabilities. What absolutely sick company. Spent $400 for something my CHILD needs and have heard back from anyone about when it might arrive or what the heck is taking so long. Ordered almost a month ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I guarantee that the good reviews are fake. Will be contacting bbb.

Your website is a little clunky and you offered me 10% off my first order and the code that you provided did not work. It said that the items that I was purchasing did not meet criteria.

Either give a discount or don't but do not say there is a special offer and then don't honor it.
