5 Stars really helpful and quick service

Have bought about 6 items from digiland and have always had excellent service. And as yet have had no problems.

When I telephoned the store, the staff were friendly and had a good knowledge about the product (Samsung A50 mobile phone). I ordered on Thursday morning and it arrived Friday afternoon! Can't fault the service! Product was excellent and I'm very happy with my purchase. I definitely reccomend Digiland to others.

very good, bit slow on delivery. could of sent a dispatch notice.

Very very bad service, l purchased a phone after a week of item not delivered, only to be told transaction cancelled, no tangible reason given.

Salesperson was very helpful on the phone, I ordered on line received very quickly and am extremely pleased with the phone I bought.

Placed order, they debited my card, then day after I was informed by PayPal I am to receive a refund as my item is not in stock. Think they need to get their stock sorted and have the common courtesy to contact and let customers know their item isn't in stock. OR, better still, don't show and debit for what they don't have!!!

Good customer service happy with product definitely shop here again.

I ordered 2 tvs online drove all the way to digital waited for customers to be served to be told that they had non in stock.

When asked why they didn't call me to save me the rip the guy chuckled and said they had been too busy.

When challenged that it wasn't a laughing matter the salesperson said he was laughing at his colleague which I found very unprofessional.

This isn't the first problem I have had with Digiland previous to this I had a dead pixels when contacted about it they were quick to say that it was within the manufacturers limit although i had not long bought the tv ( a matter of days)

Never buy from them theyre crooks no help at all had £3000 of my money for 2 months now and not helping at all charging me for stock which i didnt order and then refusing to refund and being abusive on the phone and telling me to shut up will read your messages and never reply and make false agreements

I bought four Samsung LT24C300 24" monitor/HDTVs for around £50 a piece back in early 2015. They were ex-hotel installations. Happy to report, 4 years later, they are still serving the intended purpose and get daily use. I've been quite chuffed with that particular purchase.

Ordered an item that that was a ailable on their website but got a call next day that actually was out of stock.

I order some samsung gear icon x 2018 ear buds. On receipt I found they were not the ear buds I had ordered and in fact a 2017 model. They also had ear wax on assuming from the previous owner. I called up Digiland whom were happy to send out the correct pair the following day by courier. This was a slight disappointment as now they'd be a late birthday present. 2nd pair came through after having to fetch them from the dpd depot as they didn't deliver to my neighbour eventhough clear instructions were given to dpd in advance. On collection brought them home opened up the pack and found the incorrect usb charger lead was provided with the ear buds so called up Digiland whom confirmed they would send out a new lead, again further delay. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company again unless you are willing to go back and forth to receive the item you initially purchased. Such bad service.

Generally really good, but the checkout page needs some refining.
It's confusing when the billing address is asked for twice and the delivery address is one of these, but which one??

110% Robert Jones went out of his way to quickly sort out any queries I might of had, no problems I def reccomend thanks and super quick delivery.

Bought samsung Galaxy watch and Icon x ear buds. They were sent without original boxes or some of the standard accessories. When I called to question this, they did send me the missing components. So all good.

The customer service was first-class.The delivery times were second to none. There was a slight problem with the item,but dealt with in a professional and quick manner. A replacement arrived the next day.
A happy Customer.
