Excellent customer service. Could not fault the enthusiasm for the Argon TT product. As a result I purchased some active speakers to accompany the turntable. Well done Ashley Oxford branch.

Having looked for buying advice from various online sources, I then did a price comparison with both High St and online retailers. I have previously bought goods from Richer Sounds and have valued their advice. My final call before choosing both the TV and where to buy from was to Richer Sounds to have a chat about the merits of 2 TVs. I got the opinion of the Store Manager (Kaz) and he reinforced my views to go for one over the other. No pressure was applied to make that choice and I valued his straight forward views. The decision was eventually made on price and, although not necessarily the cheapest place to buy, the candour of the staff member was enough to make my decision.

The staff where amazing in the advice offered and the products arrived very quickly.

Great advice and you can tell the team have expert knowledge, will definitely be using again.

Only minus: we were assured the sound bar would fit on our TV table but it doesn’t. But TV and Manhattan box are bliss!

I can not fault the staff at the Oxford branch they were very friendly helpful and professional they also knew their stuff about different tv and size etc I will recommend them to family and friends without hesitation also the manager Kass was very respectful not only to me but to his staff as well I could tell they are a very good team that work together

There were no problems. I have always found the Oxford branch to be helpful and, above all, honest. They are happy to avoid me having a wasted journey by paying for items up front over the phone (e.g. cables) and then putting the items to one side for me to pick up. Very useful.

He had provided a selection of options for me to listen to, did not try to upsell, but respected my budget, and we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion. I had used Richer Sounds on a previous occasion and their service was as impressive in both instances. Very reasonably priced too. 10 out of 10

Very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff. We had a 1001 questions and they were extremely patient and went above and beyond to make sure we bought the right audio equipment that we wanted for our circumstances. We even ended up buying more than we went in for!
