I am yet to use ring centrals services properly as I’ve only just onboarded. However, I’d like to leave a special review to Sarika who has been very supportive during the onboarding process. She’s helped me get ahold of the onboarding team and has supported me with getting things sorted with my account. I’ve heard many good things about ring central so I’m looking forward to my sales team using it.

They offer 'human' phone support 24/7/365. Their staff is courteous, Knowledgeable, and strives to provide excellent service. This is not easily found with the majority of vendors who either charge for support or provide an 'online' chat service.
Additionally, over the last 9 years that I have been using the product, RingCentral has always been continuously improving and updating it, with new features, that are relevant to businesses, without a prohibitive additional cost.
Thoroughly recommend it.

As communication systems are increasingly converging I needed to test the RC set up for my business. So far, the service has been exemplary starting with a very helpful onboarding and additional support for my trial. App and browser tools work seamlessly with my CRM, admin very easy and great help from Fayo.

We have used a RingCentral for our business since 2016 and have never encountered any issues using a cloud based communication platform. Great functionality for calls, texts, contacts, audio and video conferencing. Having a system which can be used across multiple devices is invaluable to us when working remotely. We are due to expand the business and contacted the RingCentral support team for advice. 'Haaris' one of the technicians was very helpful and was able offer suggestions for making changes to the current set up and adding additional lines.
Excellent customer support, I would not hesitate to recommend RingCentral to other businesses.

Team has a lot of patience for those that are novices in IT and Phone, really appreciate the support and helpful learning picking up the system. pretty simple system to learn and utilise effectively!

Very good solid platform for calls. Easy system to use and the setup was easy. Good support addressing questions and we also have a UK Account Manager. SMS coming soon which will be very handy.

I have been really happy with the onboarding service via RingCentral. It was a little tricky at first because I did not have the correct information to hand as part of the Ofcom - Know Your Customer.
Application is excellent, my business has improved 100% with a slick communications system.

I wanted to cancel my contract.
First they force your to ring up.
then they keep you on hold for ages.
then they tell you to ring back 30 days from the end of the next billing period, rather than just cancelling the subscription there and then, they hope you forget and then you are trapped for another billing period.

We used RC to provide a 24/7 community helpline during Covid. In the 4 years it has operated, it has been absolutely rock-solid and of enormous value to the community.
We were particularly impressed with the voicemail to email text translation feature - this allowed us to quickly examine out-of-hours calls for urgency and personal needs.
The translation quality was very high - there is no doubt that this feature has helped us identify urgent situations for vulnerable people in Ludlow.....
The call routing features allowed us to create a pool of volunteers who could choose the times they were available, so we could provide the cover wee needed and we were able to protect the volunteer phone numbers from disclosure - an important point in a community.
I would have no hesitation is recommending RC to anyone heeding this kind of service.

Absolutely useless. They charged money from my account for advance payment despite confirming the cancellation. We have been on calls where they have asked to send email and send numerous emails but they don't bother responding and resolving my refund issue. I felt cheated therefore PLZ DONT use this Company again..

I set up with RingCentral back in May 2023 - we have had problem after problem with the service. The pushy sales rep based in Manila mis-sold us the service on the promise of the world but failed to deliver very much at all. We were mis-sold and promised several features that the service does not support. The support team in Manila have been awful and are so difficult to deal with. They have changed my account manager 3 times. No one seems to know what they are doing. We have requested to cut the service early as our phones are not working properly - full of issues every day. RingCentral will not fix the issue and they are refusing to let us out of our contract early. We are in the process of terminating the service and unfortunately, we will need to loop in our legal advisors to sort out the mess. very very poor all-round. Avoid at all costs.
