It's a great VoIP service that is competitively priced for us as a small business. 100% reliable software with efficient customer service back-up when required. As we serve clients in several countries, it is great to have access to and be able to switch between international caller ID's.

The software is quite in depth, so we nearly always request customer support when making changes to the setup and functions. We have found them to be very helpful and quick in response

I previously gave Ring Central a four star review, as I had used their service for many years and had no major issues. It worked but it had so many features I had no need for.
I decided to move as my requirements are very basic and I had found a much cheaper alternative that fitted my needs.
They force you to call them to cancel your account - basically so that their retention team can persuade you to stay.
I started the process last Friday and it's taken until now to get my account cancelled. Calls were dropped, calls were initially never returned, the support case I got opened by dialling to speak with their sales team, as that was the only way I could get to speak to a human was closed, as it was the wrong department!
As I got increasingly frustrated, I did finally get a response, the actual closing process took less than 5 minutes.
Moral of the story, if you are going to force a process which is involves human interaction rather than automated, make sure you have enough humans!

I have been using Ring Central for many years as it just works. I have always had a stable connection with clear call quality and the convenience of being able to receive office calls wherever I am in the world.

Ring Central helped me set up a rather complicated, non-standard call forwarding system six months ago and it has been working perfectly since. Initial set up took longer because of the unique call forwarding we needed, but the technician was super helpful and we've had no problems at all. The weekly reports are helpful to ensure we don't miss any incoming leads, the admin portal is user friendly and the price is good. Definitely recommend Ring Central.

Simple and easy to use, really helpful to be able to download to a mobile phone and go offline when not at work. No issues using it, helpful team in the office when I have had a query.

I only use the basic functionality but that is all I personally need everybody else uses it differently so from that point of view it works absolutely fine

RingCentral has definitely upped their game with regards to customer service. I have to say it was one of the reasons I chose to leave them and that was prior to the new implementations but since then I have had excellent support by both the tech team and recently by my account handler Cameron who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth handover.
I cannot undo my decision to leave but I must say existing or new clients will for sure get an much improved service and that should be appreciated.

I am a one man band in an area of poor signal, and needing call and video systems, had tried several systems before trying Ringcentral. The 'free' systems were not worth the time or bother, Ringcentral eclipsed them all. So easy, and has never let me down. I can scale up my business and not need to worry about getting a different phone and video system as this does it all
