Overall a good product
The service has worked flawlessly for us for many many years. The backend is a little complicated to navigate and set up, but once it's done the system works as it should!

We took on a Ring Central Line a couple of years ago when we added a new arm to our business.
We got offered a nice rememberable number and since then it's just worked. No problems at all.
I would highly recommend them.

My experience of RingCentral in terms of the product and customer service is excellent. First rate in all departments!

This company used to be relatively good to deal with and then their customer service fell apart and they forgot about the market conditions and in particular their competition.
Other VOIP service providers have since entered the market and provided a better service both in terms of the solution at more competitive price points and customer service. Reselling their service to BT as Cloud Voice didn't help their our our cause as a reseller either.
Having said that they still exist on a few of our client sites who just need a basic IP phone system and their QOS has been quite good with limited issues, hence the 3 stars.

I would describe myself as a basic user as I only use my mobile device to receive and make calls. The call quality as you would expect depends on mobile reception, I don't have any complaints when connected to WiFi so working from home or at the office works really well. I use the voicemail feature quite a bit too and find the listen in/interrupt recording feature very useful.

Switched from another provider to RingCentral and so far have had a really good experience. Customer service team on hand to respond to help required.

I started using Ringcentral in 2010. From the start I had support on setting up the system and how to make the most of multiple numbers for my business.
It was easy then to be able to follow on and manage the system myself knowing there's someone to speak to if there's an issue.
So far there's been no need to contact anyone with issues and I only went on the system to set it up initially, after that I can't remember the last time I logged on, it just sorts itself.

We’ve been using ring central for two companies for over six years and find them to be cost effective and very flexible for set up purposes especially with internationally based personnel.

Since starting a tech company with my son we have found using the app very useful as we can be out and about but still answering customers queries. I would definatley recommend the services of Ringcentral UK to anyone starting a tech company.

I use RingCentral every day. It's easy to use and directs our customers in the right direction for their query. The voicemail area makes it easy to handle the missed calls.
We had a few crackling issues, it was reported and dealt with.
All in all, I think it works really well for what we use it. I would recommend.

Easy to use, low cost platform. Lots of additional features including video calls, call recordings and internal chat. Very happy with this as the VoIP phone solution for our business. Friendly and UK based support which is second to none, if you're lucky like me you might even get Cameron Wickenden as your point of contact!
