My dealings with the whole team have always been positive, whether through sales, customer service or artwork support. I'd particularly like to thank Emily, Elisa, and Steph for their help with three recent orders that encountered separate issues (technical and courier related). All took ownership of the situation, kept me informed throughout, and went above and beyond to ensure the jobs were completed to a high standard, delivered and, most importantly, that my clients were happy with the end results.

It's rare to find a supplier that genuinely cares about the outcome as much as you do, and that's a big part of why I continue to trust Route1Print with my print work. Highly recommended.

I was ordering multiple roller banners and my artwork had the most bonkers fault in it. The client had supplied this element of the artwork and it seemed to have an overlay on it..however when i opened it there was no overlay to be found? I had been scratching my head for ages trying to send it through online proofing. NOY JOY! Called the team and between Elina, Bex and Beth they got me sorted and my client has just emailed to say the banners look great!

There was an issue with a finished printed order where the artwork had reduced in size. We ended up dealing with Steph Ferrari in the studio department and she assisted us to try and discover what the issue was, whether it was our supplied artwork or a glich on the online portal. She found that exporting from indesign to jpeg the image size can change from mm to pixels which can affect the image size. We exported to pdfs and she confirmed the files retained the resolution, cmyk and size (mm) and added to that she arranged for the order to be printed without charge. That is going above and beyond - her customer service skills are great, she is very professional in her approach to solving the problem, she was patient and made us feel that we were not just a customer but that she valued our custom. Steph Ferrari is a great asset to the company she represents. Thank you so much for solving a frustrating issue with grace and care.

Service is always so good here. I had a small issue, all my doing and once again they solved it quickly and easily. My order also arrived early which was perfect. Beth helped me through the whole issue and she was so kind and made the whole problem go away. Fantastic service, thank you Route 1 and thank you Beth

The same small job, just 200 copies, with a promised and paid for 24 hour schedule - failed to be despatched for four days running until I had to print it elsewhere and drive it to my client on the day they were required at great personal expense. I won't be using Route 1 Print again and will be recommending others with any kind of deadline at all don't either.

I have used Route 1 for years and have never been let down. For the first time ever, there was a delay with my order due to a foiling part needing to be replaced (these things happen), and the print wasn't going to arrive in time for an event. I contacted support and dealt with Shale who was amazing in getting the issue resolved and we managed to get the same items re-printed without the foil and scheduled for delivery in time for the event.

Had a slight issue uploading some artwork. I was looked after by Elisa Dunn who was a great help and sorted the issue promptly.

Used the wrong template for a new purchase and had thought to use a local printer to resolve it but sales put me through to the designers (totally different personalities designers, a real can-do attitude). Beth H saw my file and said it was easily transferable so I stayed with Route1Print. If my new venture takes off it would be large volumes for the printer so she's a keeper!

Elisa came back to me very quickly and told me the proof would be with me very soon. Perfect!!!
