Not happy with the recent experience we had with Scotch and Soda. Order online in the store at Breda was unsuccessful and we are still waiting for the refund on our current bank account.

Scotch is een merk wat ik al jaren draag maar waarvan de kwaliteit zienderogen achteruit holt. Het merk is origineel en maakt mooie spullen maar kwalitatief nu echt slecht. Naden die loslaten, vorm uit de kleding na een paar keer wassen, gaatjes uit het niets. Niet wat je verwacht van een merk wat niet echt goedkoop is. Jammer. Over the top.

Overall pretty happy. Shipped fast, returns are easy and fast as well. Only issue is with UPS in Austria. Delivery can be very cumbersome with them (UPS) and delay the process a lot.

Boutique de Nice Cap 3000 très bien tenue, vendeurs très agréables et à l’écoute. Un article que j’avais repéré sur le site n’était pas disponible en boutique ils m’ont tout de suite proposé de la commander avec une livraison gratuite à domicile. Franchement super service et tous mes articles de la marque ont toujours été de très bonne qualité.

J’ai acheté une chemise de la marque en boutique Outlet la semaine dernière.
Taille XXL qui était super ample, je me suis dit « wow une marque qui taille grand, le top ».
Et bien finalement non. Je l’ai mise à la machine à laver pour lui faire juste un petit rinçage à froid, je ne l’ai jamais portée. Ce matin je voulais la mettre pour la première fois. Hé bien elle a rétréci de plus d’une taille! Elle est immettable !
Alors quand on voit le prix, ça fait franchement mal

Awful service .. never received my items.. took them 2 months to refund and that was because PayPal stepped in. They took no responsibility for the non delivery. Won't buy from them again!

Return policy in US horrible. I purchased 2 items online. Received them in good time. Immediately after unpacking could see the color would not work and swiftly returned them. 16 biz days later I am still awaiting a refund. called them and was told they found a stain on one of my returned items, which seems totally suspect. I had emailed them earlier about the return and was told that it could take up to 14 biz days to process. I Never received an email or notification as they advised me. They have now escalated my return and told me it will be another 5 biz days before they will process it and said they had a big sale so returns have been delayed. This was my 1st and last purchase

Slechte kwaliteit. Shirt gekocht van €40,- na 1 keer dragen en wassen al kleine gaten. Wat een troep. Zo zie je maar weer dat een merkje niks zegt over kwaliteit.

Ich habe mir ein Kleid gekauft, welches nach der ersten Wäsche (nach Etikett) Schäden im Stoff hatte. S&S hat dieses nicht ersetzt, sie haben behauptet, dass ich es falsch gewaschen oder in den Trockner gelegt hätte. Wir haben oft und viel bestellt, aber damit ist jetzt Schluss. Der Kundenservice ist unmöglich und schlussendlich sind die Klamotten wie alles andere auch aus China bzw. Indien.

Schoenen van €120,- gekocht.
Zeer slechte kwaliteit.
Ondanks goede behandeling voor het dragen begonnen schoenen na een week al te rafelen.
Ziet er nu uit als een oude schoen…

Ich war heute in München Pasing bei Scotch and Soda einkaufen 🛍 . Ich fand dort sehr gute Beratung und Super NETTER Verkäufer Flavio. Sehr kompetent! Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht heute einkaufen zu gehen. Ich kann nur empfehlen. LG Agnes

Acheté un très joli tee-shirt orange à 40€ mais grosse surprise après le 1er lavage à 30°c, celui ci ressort tout terne et complètement délavé.... Dégouté !
De plus les vêtements polos ou tee-shirt qui descendent à mi-cuisse, c'est du grand n'importe quoi

Love the clothes and in store shopping. Their customer service however kills the brand...extremely arrogant when contacting the company by phone, zero response to email contacts. Highly recommend immediate attention to the attitude of your reps, so unpleasant.

There was a particular blonde lady who ignored my presence in store. She offered no assistance and ignored us. Living in the neighborhood, this was not first to time she acted to this..

I noticed that most complaints about return policy are from the UK. Maybe Brexit made the returns to expensive? Anyhow, in the Netherlands it's fine to return an item. I returned something at the shop in Utrecht which was no problem and also send something back, also fine. Love the clothes, keep their shape in laundry. Expensive though so I keep an eye out for the sales.

J'ai commandé deux pantalons sur le site outlet, un en taille W30L30 qui est parfait le second en taille W29L30 qui pour le coup est très mal taillé car celui-ci à la taille nettement plus large que le W30 et correspondrait plutôt à une taille W32 voir W34..
Les retours devant se faire à nos frais et au Pays-Bas (environ 15€ depuis la france pour un pantalon) je décide de constater le service client en leur fournissant des photos pour attayer mes dires.

Leur retour? tout est normal selon eux, un pantalon taille 29 doit donc être plus large qu'un pantalon taille 30... et ces personnes fabriquent des vetements!

Bref acheter en boutique pour les tailles parce qu'ils ne sont pas fiable, ont un service client déplorable et tout ca pour un prix avoisinant des marques tel que Tommy, Lacoste, Polo Ralph ...

Ich hatte eine Reklamation. Der Schuh hatte zweimal das gleich Problem.
Seitlich ein Kunststoffteil gerissen.
Da gerade die Garantie abgelaufen war gab es keinerlei Kulanz.
Als Kunde der einiges gekauft hatte darf man echt mehr erwarten.
Service in Amsterdam ganz schwach aufgestellt.

Mooie kleding, maar mijn god wat is dit bedrijf een puinhoop, wat een enorm slechte organisatie.
Ze hebben een zgn 'Endless Aisle' waardoor je in de winkel items bij hun magazijn kunt bestellen, en betalen. Maar nadat ik dat gedaan had kreeg ik geen bevestigingsemail, geen bonnetje (printer kapot).... en uiteindelijk ook nooit de producten!
En als je dan de winkel belt krijg je mensen die de schuld afschuiven op DHL (heb uberhaupt nooit een track & trace bericht gehad, dus denk dat de fout bij Scotch zelf ligt), en beloven het uit te zoeken en je terug te mailen... wat dus niet gebeurt!
Volgende keer dat ik de winkel belde vertelde mevrouw me alweer dat het waarschijnlijk aan UPS lag, en wilde ze me doorverwijzen naar de klantenservice, maar ze kon me hun nummer niet geven, want de hele website lag eruit.
Kortom, ik heb ze veel geld betaald, en wacht nog steeds op mijn producten.
Werkelijk ALLES gaat fout.

Leider ist der Retourenprozess völlig unzureichend. Vorbereitung, Verzollung, Kosten.... Kompliziert und teuer. Werde dort sicher nicht mehr bestellen....
