They cancelled my order for sale items and did not notify me - when I asked them about my order status after a few days, only then did they tell me it had failed and that I should try buying the sale items again at full price!
Awful customer service

Aufpassen! Pullover sind zu 100% aus Acryl (Plastik) und das zu dem Preis! Man trägt quasi billiges Plastik und stinkt nach ein paar Minuten weil Acryl nicht Atmungsaktiv ist.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß beim Shoppen, cooles Personal. Kommen gerne wieder. Auch wurde alles gleich wieder ordentlich in die Regale geräumt. Es wird sehr auf Ordnung geachtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider fehlte mir der Spiegel in der Umkleidekabine.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und Rückabwicklung. Freitags ist der Artikel bei Scotch and Soda angekommen und am Montag gab es die Rückerstattung! Gut ist, dass der Rückversand kostenlos ist, da das Lager in den Niederlanden ist und der Versand ist dementsprechend hoch.

Scotch & Soda est une marque que j'affectionne car les produits sont de qualité. Jusqu'à présent, j'achetais principalement en boutique : RAS.

J'ai tenté l'expérience sur internet : A fuir !!! Je ne recommande pas du tout. J'ai acheté un pantalon qui s'est avéré trop grand. Pour cette raison, je souhaite me faire rembourser. Le retour a été effectué et le produit est bien arrivé chez eux depuis maintenant 3 semaines et je n'ai à ce jour reçu aucun remboursement. Je contacte désespérément le service client qui m'indique systématiquement que la procédure de remboursement est en cours et que cela va arriver dans les prochains jours... Ca fait 3 semaines !!!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei SCOTCH &SODA bestellt und musste sofort bezahlen, was ich eigentlich sehr ungern mache.
Der bestellte Pullover war dann viel zu groß, sodass ich ihn retourniert habe.
Da ich nach 8 Tagen immer noch keinen Retoureneingangsbescheid erhalten hatte, habe ich versucht, die Kundenhotline anzurufen.
Leider gab es dort Niemanden, der über Deutschkenntnisse verfügte.
Alles auf Englisch. Ich muss zugeben, dass sich meine Englischkenntnisse auf ein Minimum beschränken, sodass ich mein Problem nicht lösen konnte.
Ein erneuter Anruf bescherte mir eine holländische Mitarbeiterin, die nur niedrrländisch sprach und mir allerdings versprach, dass mich ein deutsch sprechender Kollege zurückrufen würde.
Fehlanzeige...es hat sich keiner gemeldet, ich habe dann eine Mail geschrieben...
Katastrophe!! Ich bin gespannt, wann mir mein Geld zurück erstattet wird.
Das war der letzte Einkauf bei SCOTCH &SODA. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

THINK AGAIN
After going thru a frustrated time with UPS/Scotch and Soda since Dec 3rd 2021 ,I thought I'd just check TrustPilot and low & behold , what do I find everybody has already expressed my total feelings - I returned goods as advise after calling them ,received a Tracking Number -in early January wrote to Customer Care asking why no credit issued ,informed contact UPS who after many lengthy phone calls now say Package abandoned without any Text/EMail -Phone call returned as promised everytime & Scotck and Soda just passing the Buck saying speak with UPS ( Their Designated Carrier )MADNESS think again if your going to Buy anything of this Site and I buy many things On Line but never ever experienced situation like this.

Terrible return policy. You can’t return in-store if you buy online. You pay the shipping and it takes forever. I returned an item via their label on Dec 29 and it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received a credit to my account, although I did finally receive a message that the return had been received and approved. Just not worth the hassle to shop this brand. Usually, when clothing is this higher price-point, the return policy and customer service feels personalized and easy.

Do not shop here. Returns policy is horrendous.

Scotch en Soda jeans broek begin juni 2021 gekocht en eind november al doorgesleten. Een van de vijf jeans die ik afgelopen half jaar heb gedragen. Vermoedelijk nog geen 10 keer gewassen. Procedures Bijenkorf niet echt duidelijk en intussen heeft vrouwlief in Kerstvakantie de broek al afgevoerd 🥴. Bijenkorf zegt nog nooit klachten over Scotch en Soda jeans te hebben gehad. Maar niet meer in assortiment Bijenkorf

Worst return policy ever. They really make it difficult for customers in the UK to return items faulty or not. The cost of returning is shocking: you have no option but to pay UPS tracked which costs almost as much as the items. And that's after you have had to retrieve endless details from 5 different emails that you then have to handwrite ( because of course the form provided can not be filled online, not like it's 2021) on the commercial invoice. The whole thing is so backward that you are better off shopping from literally any other brand with a return policy that doesn't involve paying over £70 to return an item. We are all aware that Brexit made it tricky to send goods to and from the UK yet every online retailer has it sorted by now. You've had a year now to get up to speed, how hard is it to provide fully filled commercial invoices and get a shipping contract including returns?

Alles wordt bij mij altijd snel geleverd.
Retouren gaan ook goed.
Geen ervaring met garantie gevallen, kleding blijft bij altijd heel.
De sneakers zijn wel altijd naar 6 maanden intensief dragen versleten, dus die koop ik alleen in de aanbieding.

J'ai acheté mon premier achat des produit en promo, parce que la marque est déjà un prix excédé et je me retrouve avec des tshirts découpés en mauvais état.. ils voulais pas me faire l'echange, finalement j'ai réussi a avoir un remboursement.

Au bout de 2 ans, les coutures de mon manteau/ parka se décousent de partout ! Très mauvaise qualité.
Je suis déçue car je l’ai payé cher.

I own 30-40 items from scotch and soda bought over the years. I’ve always found their customer service to be a mixed bag, but the most recent purchase is definitely the last.

Ordered a coat which was advertised as suitable for whatever the weather throws at you. The coat was thin, not warm at all and not like their previous stuff. I raised this with them and they took little interest in answering the queries. I requested a free return under consumer rights as the coat didn’t match the description. They weren’t interested. They soon changed their tune when after a charge back claim through amex. Full refund and no crazy return costs.

These guys have chosen to basically exit the U.K. market with their approach to purchases and returns, I like many won’t be back, especially as the quality is hit and miss and the sizing chart is bogus…or their quality control is shocking…

Ik koop hier graag mijn producten.
Scotch & Soda heeft het voor elkaar gekregen om met verrassende producten te komen die elk seizoen weer een aanvulling zijn op de garderobe. Ik ben met name tevreden met de broeken, truien en polo's.

Uk based and I'm used to sellers encouraging you to buy by having reasonable returns policy, as many others have said there's a ton of paperwork, unclear guidance and extortionate costs, never again.

J'ai passé commande sur le site internet, j'ai reçu le pantalon sans emballage avec l'antivol non enlevé.
J'envoie 2 mails avec les photos de tous les documents ainsi que le pantalon, ils me demandent de le renvoyer à mes frais. Ensuite impossible d'avoir le service client, ils me font des réponses,'"d'aller dans le magasin"donc à ce jour pas résolu. Fini pour moi. Je préfère Tommy Hilfiger aucun souci avec eux.
