Disappointing delivery time
Product is great have bought from sds before
Communication has been terrible
No notification of delivery being dispatched, ended up having to call to find out
Ordered on a Friday, expecting dispatch on Monday at the latest 48 hr delivery turned up on Thursday.
Order from ironmongery direct at the same time on Friday on my doorstep on Monday.
Disappointed as had to go back to the job to finish today Friday a week after ordering from you

I’m very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the communication and delivery timeline on this occasion.
I’ve looked into your order and can see it was placed on Friday 20th February at 21:43pm. As this was outside of working hours, it was processed and dispatched on Monday as normal.
The selected shipping method was Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days), and delivery was completed on Thursday 26th February.
That said, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when a job is delayed, especially when you’re working to tight schedules. We’re also sorry that you felt you didn’t receive sufficient dispatch communication. That’s something we’re continuously reviewing to improve the customer experience.

I still haven't received the parts I ordered, I have received a note that there was a system problem and the parts will be sent but I still haven't received them.

Great product
Great product, I ordered the 1.2m length flat strips in antique brass for a job, unfortunately that finish doesn’t seem to be available in the longer 1.8m length strips so I have had to order extra and so make up the total height of the shelving. Resulting in a join line. Not a problem for most but can be annoying for those who like the little details.
There also is no shelf studs available in antique brass so have had to order a different finish. Hence the 4 star not 5
Regardless of this they are great quality and look great. Delivery was quick and well packaged, will definitely use them again.
