Excellent service and advice from the…
Excellent service and advice from the Darlington garage. The staff were extremely helpful in helping to sort out the repair required to my Fiat 500 and liaised with the warranty company to ensure the full cost of the repair was covered by warranty. Provided a courtesy car for the period my vehicle was being repaired at a reasonable and fair cost.

Terrible treatment
Took car in for a service and to have the rear dashcam purchased from them fixed. Their technician refused to even look at the dashcam, did not properly inspect the car, failed to complete the service sheet to the point it is unclear if the service was actually performed. The safety recall on the car received no confirmation so still unclear if it was done. And despite having to wait longer supposedly while the car was hoovered and washed it had not been at all as they ‘did the wrong car’ and even handed over the wrong (i.e. another customer’s) car keys. Asking to speak to a manager no one was available. Asked to be contacted by the service department manager yet over a week later no contact despite follow up action asking for it. Absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service from unhelpful staff and a really bad experience from their service department.

Great experience
Great experience. I saw the car I loved online but as I did not live near by Dave sent a video showing the car and the small mark on the boot so I could decide if I wanted to travel to see the car. I was happy with what I saw and was able to buy it and take it home the same day. Dave was friendly and helpful. I love my new car 🙂

I was reminded about my upcoming car service MOT and extra work I asked to be carried out, as I had booked the service a year previously
I was happy with the quote I was given and on the day the friendly and efficient staff I dealt with. I was so impressed i re booked my service for 2027

Excellent Dealer ( Recommended)
From the first telephone call enquiring about the car, to the pick up it from the dealership, everything went very smoothly. Easy process of part exchanging my older vehicle. Sam,the Automotive Sales Consultant was excellent throughout this process. The car I bought was presented very well and is fantastic.

As I have used Ryan Robertson, now at Jaecoo Darlington, I had no problem giving him my order for my new J7 black limited phev. He showed he was very knowledgable about the vehicle, same as he was with the Mazda franchise. Not pushy very helpful and extremely friendly.

S G Petch Durham were 1st class as usual.
Traded our car in for a new one and Karen was brilliant from start to finish, she did everything and made it effortless for us.

Recently acquired an omoda5 shs
Recently acquired an omoda5 shs. After test driving the 5 and 7 I opted for the 5. Ryan was superb in getting deal sorted. Fortunately (for me) there had been a cancellation so delivery was about 3 weeks.
On collection he went through the settings and set most of them for me so all I had to do was drive away.
This is my third car from sgp darlington.

Went to SGPetch Darlington to look at a Jaecoo. Met Ryan whom arranged test drive. Had a good run out.
On return discussed info of the car.
Ryan was very informative and helpful.
Had no quarms in purchasing the vehicle. Turn around in two days which was amazing. Ryan and the team must have worked pretty hard to do this for us.
Any questions I sent were replied to ASAP.
Picked up car today straight forward hand over.
Only ever used SGPetch about30 yrs ago.
