Your shipment was held by customs authorities for clearance, which is a mandatory process—especially for medicines, as they often require additional documentation and strict verification. In this case, there were multiple back-and-forth requests from customs, which extended the clearance timeline.
While we continuously assist by providing all required documents and follow-ups, customs procedures and delays are unfortunately beyond our control. We’re glad the shipment was eventually released after clearance.

Everything was well packaged and instructions were following. I only wish they placed the order sooner so I could secure a pre-order bonus but that was partially my fault because I should have placed the order with them sooner to give them more time. They are legit and I recommend them. I would use this service again in the future.
