Policy worth every penny it costs.
Have been a member since I was 16 in my own right and under my fathers account up to that age and have always been more than happy with the whole process and ease of submitting claims.

link to reset my password which I did and I still couldn't

Plan covers very little
Staff are very helpful but I think the plan itself is poor. I have not claimed in years and now I need to it hardly covers anything at all. Dental charges are expensive but very little is covered, £45 claim is allowed for a check up when you pay well over £100.

Our plans are designed to help towards the cost of everyday healthcare and sadly in an environment where costs are ever increasing, unfortunately, we can never fully cover all treatments.
Should you wish to review your cover and see if there is a more suitable plan, please contact our Options team. Their email address is customeroptions@simplyhealth.co.uk. Please include your name, policy number, date of birth and home post code. Alternatively you can call them on 0330 102 5335 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Allows me access to speedy health support at a small investment
I’ve been with SimplyHealth for many years and it gives me the financial opportunity to upgrade the type of healthcare I can pay for. Simple things like hospital stays/physio/ophthalmologist/amongst other benefits. Without their help, I couldn’t afford to access all the services I can at an affordable cost. The claim process is quick and simple and refunded payments appear in my bank account extremely quickly. Customer service is exceptional too.

There is always light at the end of the tunnel
Due to circumstances beyond my control, i was unable to login to my account. Frustrated, I called Simply Health and spoke with a customer representative who was a breath of fresh air. He resolved all my issues without hesitation. I am now set up once again, something my late wife dealt with, hence the difficulty with my login. A big thank you.
The service I received was just brilliant, something my late wife used to say.

Barriers to contact
Tried so many times to call about a claim. All you get is a lot of inane noise and never able to speak to anyone. AI assistant on app is utterly awful, of no help whatsoever. Bottom line appears to be if you have a query we'll put barriers in the way of you contacting us.

Instant problem sorted. Prompt reply to email. No issues with the service they offer. Account easy to deal with, having being with them since hospital fund . Happy to deal with them, we site easy to navigate . Claims are sorted promptly, and an email reply every time to let you know how your claim is progressing.
