Very friendly and professional. We were offered the use of a Defender 110 but opted for a lift into Hay instead. Our driver, Gemma (?) was very pleasant. Nothing seemed too much trouble unlike other Land Rover dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past.

Just bought my first Defender 90 from Sinclair at Hay-on-wye.

Yasmin who handled my service is clearly a huge asset to the company . Yasmin is caring, customer service focused and warm / friendly and a great sense of humour .
