High monthly fee for just one employee
Great customer service and generally efficient. The dashboard was not that intuitive for adding contributions. Also was paying a monthly fee of £26.40 which is pretty high for one employee.

OK for an employer pension provider
OK for an employer pension provider, however the selection of funds is very limited with no global index fund available, and contributions take two weeks to actually be invested, which seems hard to believe in 2026.

Great customer service
Dealt with my query really well and explained everything clearly and just as importantly listened to what I was saying. Ainara even called back straight away when the call was cut off before the conversation was finished. Good customer service and this is depite wanting to stop using the company for the pension scheme. Other companies should take note when customers leave on how they should be treated. Ainara couldn't have been more helpful.
