Rubbish and completely confusing
Rubbish and completely confusing. I x-ferred all monies out of this fund into my NEST pension and see it went through but now £66.something is still remaining in there. Is this how they skim pennies off peoples' funds?

Just tried to log into my pension and I get put into an image verification loop. No matter how many times I take my photo it gets rejected. I can't access my pension details now. If it continues I'll be moving the entire thing elsewhere.

Outdated and expensive
After having problems logging into the app, which is just rubbish, things only got worse.
I found out I’m being charged a monthly membership fee? as well as something called the “total expenses ratio”? whatever that actually means.
Taken together, I’m paying roughly 1.5% of my pension every year. That seems very expensive, a rip off.
I’d be careful with Smart Pension. I find it hard to see how these charges can be allowed. I’ll be moving my pension to someone who values me and chooses to charge no way near this much.

I recently needed assistance locating and regaining access to an old pension account following its transfer from the Ensign Retirement Plan to Smart Pension.
I would particularly like to thank Alina, Maxine and Maggie for their patience, professionalism and kindness throughout the process. They helped me verify my details, locate my account and successfully restore access after several years.

Rebecca was pleasant, knowledgeable and got quickly to the heart of the issue I was having, and talked me through the steps to fix. She was also very patient as I had some IT issues while on the call.

Smart pension to the Rescue - Again

I am experiencing a similar issue as…
I am experiencing a similar issue as another client.
I placed a request to opt out and retrieve my pot month ago.
My request is still being reviewed.
I said emails for updates only to be told they are waiting for my umbrella company to send them my last payment.
I sent payslip to show that no more payments are being sent and still no payment.
The company seem very helpful signing you up and not so helpful releasing your pot be mindful.
My next step is to place a written complaint.
