I have honestly had the worst experience with this company. They sent me a hat that doesn’t fit the description on the website.

They Have taken a ridiculous amount of time to provide a returns label and now the item is returned, they refuse to refund me.

Do not deal with or buy from this unprofessional company!!!

I will get my refund from my bank!! What a disgrace!!!

Return received 3 working days ago. Whilst we try and be as swift as possible, refunds go through a payment merchant and your bank and ultimately can take 3-5 working days to hit your account from the moment we action this. We do need to check the product to be unworn before we can do this.
We are sorry we can not do all of the above instantly for you, we wish we could but we do have to follow processes and timeframes out of our control.
Your postage was also covered for this returned item, yes, due to the product image displaying a slight difference to the cap branding.
We have done all of your requests and done this as quickly as possible.

Awsome sets and styles and I’ve bought a few now over the years! Also fit perfectly every time! Great cloths and also great people running the company,as some stuff I ordered was out of stock they sent me some extra cloths as a apology witch they didn’t have to do and I was very grateful 10/10 thanks!!

Firstly we do advise 48-72 hour working day replies as per our auto email. We are still within that time frame.

Your order was sent out straight away and delivered on 4th September under tracking YA082646779GB (found in your order profile)


Here you can also see the proof of delivery image

If this hasn’t been received please let us know so we can start an investigation. I will mention though, requesting a “delivery at west Harding loading entrance” may not be the easiest thing for a Royal Mail driver on strict time restraints to find.

Once you let us know if received or not after checking POD we will take according next steps.

Mixed review

Delivery was fine. Communication could have been better and refund took a little longer than expected, but appreciate delays & errors can occur. All sorted in the end, thanks.

We are sorry you had a poor experience on this occasion. An error in our warehouse move presented an incorrect returns address. We naturally had to await the stock back before we could process the refund, albeit completely our issue and not yours.
We hope we can rectify this in the future

I have been waiting for a response for…

I have been waiting for a response for a refund for 6 days from when they asked if i would like a refund due to a missing parcel which is ridiculous.

Hi Josie,

No after i got an email asking whether i would like a refund to which i replied, i have yet to get any contact back acknowledging my choice for a refund or when i will be expected to get it. I have since sent another email 2 days ago asking about it again to which i have had no reply. Can you sort this out for me thanks. #30971

A Medium was ordered & the item oversized so this would naturally be a true to size fit if someone is large,
Happy to swap / exchange if required.
We do also have true to size fitting items which should be outlined in the descriptions of the products.

Arrived late

Arrived later than advised, but didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking info so assumed not shipped as no update and when i was expecting to arrive

False review;
Hi Ricardo, our terms do state that we only ship on working days (Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Monday are not working days)
Your item was delivered to safe place requested via Royal Mail tracking TQ860922967GB the next available working day it could possibly be delivered.
We did clarify this to you over email.
This is also your third order so we quite clearly are not scamming you.
If it’s missing all you have to do is reach out via the appropriate channels for this to be dealt with correctly.

Always 10/10 quality

Always 10/10 quality. stocked up on all the new bits and replaced some older items, never disappoints and packaged securely so the hats dont get crushed.
