There were very transparent with what they offered and they even offer a door removal service if the fridge doesn't fit through the door in your house, I paid for it and they said if it does fit they will refund me for the service, this was something I was very happy with, they also let me pick Sunday as my delivery date for the fridge, I'm impressed with their customer service.
