We paid for "worst case scenario " as Sonic call it, which is a little bit extra on top of the price. The delivery lads had to take the doors off of our American fridge freezer to get it through the house to the kitchen. The lads were brilliant, they went way above and beyond to get us set up. The sales lad who initially dealt with us in store when we purchased our fridge freezer and washer was great. He tailored everything around our needs regarding colour matching and delivery ( we were awaiting a completion date on our new house)

We ordered quite a few appliances for our new kitchen and it was an easy smooth process in the shop and we were able to request delivery for when we needed it. The two delivery drivers Sandeep and Zulf were polite, efficient and very accommodating as to where we wanted the appliances leaving. Great service would recommend and use again!
