NEVER USE THIS BANK NEVER EVER.

I have been using Sparrkasse for 3 years and its the absolute SHITTIEST WORST MOST TERRIBLE bank in the world.

they never answer emails and when they do its months later, they take uncessary fees from your account all the time without telling you why they took them. I submitted a request to close my account in November emailed them and called them and they said ok. so i thought they closed the account and now in january 2 months later i find out that i have 10 EUROS minus in my account because they didnt close it in time. Also to close my account i have to pay an extra 5 Euro ?? Why ?? They never mentionned this when i opened the account, they never tell you the full fees you have to pay.
Also which is the worst part is i opened a student account and they said its 100 percent free of charges, so basically i dont pay any monthly fees until 2 years later , so normally i set up a reminder for the specific date when i have to close my account to not pay monthly fees because i wanted an account free of fees. And guess what, 1 year later only i realized that they started taking fees ???? Without even emailing me or calling me to inform me or anything, just like that they take money and you cant say anything about it. And when i called them they said its because i reached the age of 26 or something???? Even though nobody ever told me this when i opened the account at the sparrkasse store, i asked them many times to confirm are there any fees, they said no there are no fees.

Let alone the terrible customer service, i dont speak german well, so the minute they hear me talking in english they fake not hearing me and they hang up in my face just to not speak in english.

One time i needed money and i was locked out of my account and i couldnt access it for weeks and nobody in Sparrkasse wanted to fix it in time, they just keep asking you to send more and more emails and letters and phone calls, when you just want to access your OWN account and your OWN money. Unbelievable.

Anyways WORST BANK, BIGGEST SCAM.
Only use this bank if you want to throw your money out of the window every month.

Mein Vater wurde von Verbrechern, die sich als Sparkassenmitarbeiter ausgaben betrogen. Er hinterließ eine Nachricht auf dem AB der Sparkasse mit dem Hinweis, dass ihm der Anruf des Sparkassenmitarbeiters komisch vorkommt und fragte, ob es richtig sei und bat darum sein Konto zu kontrollieren. Die Sparkasse reagierte nicht auf den Anruf, sodass die Verbrecher weitere 3 Tage Geld vom Konto abräumten. Sparkasse verweigert eine Entschädigung.

Immer nett freundlich aber nicht direkt leider wie die ki oder leuten den man vllt vertraut also gute möglichkeit anzulegen

Alles rund um der Sparkasse ist super, ob es online banking ist oder Geld einzahlen, alles perfekt. Das einzige Minus, darum keine 5 Sterne, am Wochenende oder sogar auch in der Woche kommt man nach 00:00 Uhr nicht mehr an die Automaten dran um Geld abzuheben

Mehrmalig habe ich nun Kontakt zum Kundenservice-Center der Sparkasse Mülheim gehabt. Auch wenn nicht jede Frage direkt beantwortet werden konnte, war der jeweilige Bearbeiter immer bemüht eine zeitnahe Lösung zu erarbeiten. Viele Dinge konnte ich ohne Termin klären.
Man merkt hin und wieder, dass es einen größeren Krankenstand zu geben scheint und man niemanden erreicht, aber dann habe ich auf den Anrufbeantworter gesprochen und wurde auch zurückgerufen

Mit Entsetzen muss man als Kunde zu Kenntnis nehmen, dass sich die Sparkasse Essen in den Nahostkonflikt einmischt und Partei ergreift. Mischen Sie sich bitte nicht in Dinge ein bevor Sie sich nicht vorher ausführlich informiert haben. Dies ist ein enormer Vertrauensverlust gegenüber muslimischen Kunden, welche jahrelang Ihrem Unternehmen Ihre Treue gezeigt haben. Unglaublich!

Dieses Institut verkauft u.a. Sparverträge für die Altervorsorge und wenn diese dann für die Bank unrentabel, bzw. für den Kunden rentabel werden, werden sie gekündigt.
Insofern, wir können nur sagen, wer sich auf diese Bank verlässt ist verlassen!
