Excellent customer service, very friendly and quick at responding. Delivery time for my olympic bar was half the time which was initially quoted. Can not fault.

Ordered the Chrome Olympic Bar and Luxe Weights Package which was a really great offer. Was aware that the delivery times were a little longer due to the current restrictions (explained on their website) and my order came bang on 15 working days via TNT. Packaged well and the weights are spot on for what I need. I did ask for an order update a week prior just to see when to expect so I could arrange to be in for the delivery, a wee update along the way would be decent but no biggie. Really decent company and good prices, unlike several who have hiked their prices up to benefit. Will definitely buy from Spartan again and no issues recommending!

Very happy with spartan gym gear and the end result. They were were very helpful in answering all my questions and very quick to reply to my email and the equipment is up to a great quality also. I will definitely be using them again! Shipping was slow but that's due to the current situation.

Great customer service and great quality products. Also believe they are doing very well in terms of coping with the current environment they operate within and are very transparent with their customers in terms of lead times and helping you understand the shipping process. They deserve a lot more custom and respect, and I will definitely return in future to support this business.

Great service! Barbell came as described with very fast delivery. There was an issue with tracking however it has been delivered to me so I can’t complain.

The equipment I ordered was of good quality and price, especially as most companies have increase the cost of their gym equipment. I'd have given 5 stars but for the delivery time scales.

I ordered some weights and a bar and the weights arrived quickly (8 working days) but the bar wasn't with them. It transpired that TNT, the carrier, had misplaced it en route and it seemed they couldn't find it. But Spartan were great - they responded to my emails very promptly and made investigations and then, when it was clear TNT had screwed up, sent out a second, upgraded bar for free. So I ended up receiving everything including a better bar within 15 working days. Now that is excellent customer service. The kit looks and feels very solid too.

Good quality, good service

Excellent customer service throughout, very quick responses (Instagram DM can't speak about email). They kept me updated on when the weights would be dispatched and arrive and they came in under 2 weeks when I ordered 170kg worth of stuff. Some plates are a little scratched etc that's unavoidable these things are weight plates not China it's not a problem if they're a little scratched they do the job.

Brilliant service and great quality weights!

I've placed 2 individual orders through Spartan Gym gear after seeing their adverts on Facebook. They're fairly priced and very competitive with the other raw steel plate manufacturers that have appeared to support during the covid crisis. The plates were delivered within a week both times which is an awesome turn around and you really can't argue with the quality!
No complaints from me. I have raw steel and painted plates and they're all spot on.

Spartan were brilliant, I’d pre ordered an Olympic barbell even tho demand was high for these things at the moment with everyone training at home, they kept me in the loop with prompt emails and even upgraded me free of charge when the barbell I’d ordered didn’t come in to stock on time👍.
Quality equipment will definitely use again 🏋🏻

Great equipment and good service

I ordered my olympic bar and plates on 04/11 and they were delivered on 27/11 they were a little bit later than stated but the product was worth the wait they look great perfect for my home gym and i have to say that the customer service was brilliant also i always had a response within 24 hours and usually very late evening which to me shows spartan were working very hard to keep up with demand going above and beyond putting in the hours. I have just ordered some additional plates and hoping the experience is top notch like the last time!
