We can see that you contacted us on Saturday 7th November at 12:22am. . As per the "Contact us" page, the response times are currently increased to 3 working days due to the amount of emails we have received. Today is Monday 9th November which is working day 1
With regards to shipment times, the powder coated plated have a longer lead time as described on our Delivery page. If you are no longer happy to wait you can of course cancel your order for a full refund. The support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Dear Mike Champain,
As per our frequent email discussions, the powder coated plates have a longer lead time as this process is outsourced. As you ordered raw steel plates and bar and the powder coated plates we thought it would be best to send you the raw steel equipment so that you may train rather than waiting for the powder coated plates to be ready.
We have explained this on numerous occasions and also apologised for any inconvenience caused by the powder coating process. This is also mentioned in the product page along with the delivery page on the website.
If you are not happy to wait for the powder coated plates we can of course cancel that order and offer full refund for them.

Good honest service
Arrived within the two to five days that was stated on the website which under the current Covid situation is great. Been let down by other companies before with false information. Overall good service
Overall excellent service. One of my weights went missing during transit and speaking to the customer service team was easy and their approach was professional. Would have been 5 stars but still waiting for my missing weight.

Does what it says on the tin! Feel solid. I will say the price will likely have to drop in time to remain competitive. I also do wish they offered a 1.25 kg plate.

Raw steel weight plates from Spartan.
Great looking Raw weights at a real good price. Being made of steel and used in a shed which gets cold and damp over winter, I am going to paint them to protect them, a coat of hammerite will make them look even better. Delivery was also super fast. All round great service highly recommended.
