Waste of time
We planned everything around booking the dates shown as available on the web site, arranged time off work, childcare etc .. booked and paid for the spa day on the web site, confirmation of booking all received…. Only to be told the following day there was no availability and even though we had booked and paid we could not go . Obviously completely disappointed as we were assuming the spa seekers show availability, and that the information is accurate, will

Happy birthday… with a clause!
Hi Your booking experience is usually fabulous but I felt quite upset/disappointed this time. You sent me a discount of 7% for my birthday (then an additional extra discount of 5% later that week). I contacted my friend to tell her and asked if she’d like to go. My friend doesn’t have a lot of money so had been saving her Tesco vouchers so cashed them in so we could go. When I tried booking because I entered my friend’s Tesco voucher codes I was then unable to use either of my discounts. This hardly seems fair as I didn’t benefit at all?
