⭐ **AVOID SPASEEKERS
⭐ **AVOID SPASEEKERS – A £200 VOUCHER AND A DAY OF FRUSTRATION**
I genuinely wish I had never booked through SpaSeekers.
What should have been a relaxing spa day turned into a catalogue of **booking errors, poor communication, dismissive customer service and a complete lack of accountability**.
I booked a spa day at Malvern View Spa through SpaSeekers, specifically requesting a **facial, pedicure and two-course lunch**. Instead, the treatments were arranged in a way that meant I couldn't properly enjoy the spa facilities afterwards. When I raised this with the spa, I was met with an incredibly dismissive response and was simply told **not to get my face wet**. I asked for my treatment to be moved to another time and was refused.
Then, when I went for my lunch, I was told I **didn't have a two-course lunch booked at all – I had been booked for afternoon tea**.
I was told that **SpaSeekers had selected this for me**.
This is particularly unacceptable because I am **coeliac** and have specific dietary requirements. Yet somehow, the booking had been made without properly taking this into account.
When I contacted SpaSeekers to complain, rather than taking ownership of the booking they had arranged, they **blamed the spa**. The spa then effectively blamed **SpaSeekers**.
So the customer is left in the middle while both companies point the finger at each other.
**Nobody wanted to take responsibility.**
I also had a **£200 voucher** to spend. Because of this experience, I have been left with money remaining that I now have no desire to spend through SpaSeekers.
And this is the part that really sums up my experience: **they have my money, but apparently nobody has any responsibility.**
I didn't expect a perfect day. I expected the very basics: an accurate booking, my dietary requirements to be respected, sensible treatment timings and a company willing to put things right when their booking arrangements went wrong.
Instead, I got excuses, finger-pointing and a customer service experience that left me feeling completely let down.
A spa day is supposed to be relaxing. **I spent mine dealing with problems that should never have been mine to deal with in the first place.**
I will **NEVER use SpaSeekers again** and I absolutely **would not recommend them**.
If you're considering spending your hard-earned money with them, my advice based on my own experience is to **book directly with the spa instead**.
**£200 is a lot of money to be left feeling this badly treated.**
**One star only because zero stars isn't an option.**
