The customer service person was great. Very find n knowledgeable. She answered every question I had. N within in minutes all ordered n shipping date.

Lead Time Changes After I Paid?

Two things:
1) About an hour after I placed the order, you doubled the lead time. Get that straight up front, NOT after you've taken someone's money.
2) Maybe more ROHO's fault, but finding a part number for their cushions on their site or yours is a hassle and then doesn't even do any good, because the cushion-covers are sold by measurement. Actual measurements can be off an inch short or long measuring something like that.

The lead-time thing is the one that got you two stars.

I appreciate the response, but the TEN to fifteen days lead stated was superceded by the date provided upon placing the order, which was less than fifteen. Later, it was changed again to fifteen days. Once I wrote the review, it was changed to a shorter date.

Hello Jeff. The cushion cover that you ordered does have a 15 business days lead time as posted on our website. Good news! We were able to work with our vendor partner and your order was shipped early and will be delivered to you shortly.

VivaLift Ultra

The site has a lot of information on it and alot of specific options on lift chairs. I found the site easy to navigate. I also drove to the Delaware store to see a sampling of lift chairs on display and fabrics availability.

I guess Spinlife generic useless message from vendor didn’t see that I’ve already called 6 times and all 6 said they would get back to me , well I’m still a paraplegic and you never call back so everyone that’s the true response to this cya message from someone who knows nothing but send out a useless message. Hey how about calling with a solution, it’s been weeks and wheelchair still doesn’t work, real brain surgery Spinlife

Not quick enough

I realize you made an effort to get in touch with us during this holiday. But my concern for my husband’s well being and health is the upmost importance. He is completely paralyzed and HE needs the dolphin bed to work. This isn’t getting done quickly

package arrived opened and totaly destroyed - can't imagine why a shipper would need to open the shipment - have no idea if anything is missing - am requesting the company take back their product.

Speedy customer and technical service

Was able to take advantage of discount with quote because sales person suggested locking it in. Delivery was sooner than expected, and on time. Spin life customer service helpful resolving issue with freight company. Technical support quickly answered our assembly question, that Pride took 2 hours to reply too.
