Difficult dealing with machines
The credit card I used in 2025 had changed. Repeated telephone calls were met with recorded message which eventually resulted in “voicemail box full”. Making payment online was difficult when the phrase “obtain a new quote” was used.

Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9-5:30 for telephone calls. Any voicemails over the weekend we get back to on Monday's.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the online payment process and the wording "obtain a new quote,". Feedback such as yours helps us identify areas where we can improve both our communications and the customer journey.

Very easy purchase process
