He showed us the type of designs that I was interested in and within the price range. He was very patient and gave us space and time to make a decision. My husband and I have been to stockers in Southport today , our first visit. Jenny came over to introduce herself and left us to look around. We both loved the place lots of gorgeous furniture. Jenny was always close by incase we needed to ask any questions, we had 2 sofas that we loved and again nothing too much trouble for Jenny to show us all materials. We have ordered our sofa and can’t wait for its arrival. Stokers Furniture in Chester is a large, bright store with good quality furniture on display. We visited last week to look for new sofa and chairs. We dealt with Mike Williams, he was very polite, knowledgable of the products and very patient. We took away some ideas, then returned yesterday to place our order. Again, a very smooth, pleasant process, no high sales pressure from Mike, he talked patiently over our questions. Very happy to recommend Stokers and their staff, Mike in particular. We are very happy with our purchase experience and now await delivery.

Incredible range and service received from Mike, and subsequently other staff as follow-up. I bought a sofa for my new home and mentioned that delivery ASAP would be great as I had nothing to sit on right now - and they arranged for a FOC loan sofa, which will be delivered within 48 hours and then taken away when the “real” sofa is delivered in a few weeks. Absolutely fantastic service - if you need a sofa, I would very highly recommend.

Having trawled Chester for a new suite, we finally came to Stokers and honestly we could not be happier.
Steve Wood was great. He listened patiently, understood what we needed, took us through several options and diligently helped us choose what was exactly right for us.
And boy they do have a lot of options to suit every price point. But it is the quality of products they provide and the careful service they offer that separates Stokers from everyone else.
Sure you can pay less ... and end up half as happy. But if you want quality at the right price go to Stokers and ask for Steve Wood. He really will serve you right!!

Joe Tudor in the bed dept explained all te different beds & took the time with us

We went into Stokers Chester to purchase a new divan bed set. We were attended to by Joe Tudor who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained about the various mattresses and their structure. We bought a new Harrison Spinks set which we wanted to replace our existing one. After Joe’s input we purchased an upgrade on our present bed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stokers and in particular Joe Tudor.

We wanted to buy a superking bed with a good quality mattress. Joe Tudor at Stokers gave us the facts we wanted to know and was courteous and efficient. We had been to two other stores and didn't feel the sales people were as knowledgeable or professional
