We are returning customers to Stokers as we always find their staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
On this occasion we were helped by Peter Thackway, a young man with clear high standards of customer service. Polite and professional, he was able to quickly assist in our selection of a new mattress, it was such a pleasant shopping experience that we ended up buying a new bed too.
We will continue to select Stokers as our furniture provider of choice primarily due to the quality range of products and the helpful attitude of Peter and his colleagues. We never feel any sales pressure here.

Stokers is our "go to" when buying large furniture items. On this occasion we were looking at a new bed for when we move home. We don't currently have a moving date nor have we signed contracts so we had no intention of ordering. When we arrived, Peter came to see if he could help us and guided us to a range of beds to review. We quickly found one we liked and he explained we could place a provisional order to ensure we got the benefit of a time limited offer. He then took us through the options to make the purchase as personal as we needed. Highly recommended. Very helpful, great service without making us feel pressured.

Great selection of furniture, sofas and mattresses. We have bought several times from Stokers Chester and it is always great quality. The staff are great and there is no pressure to buy when in-store. Overall great experience.

We visited Stokers Store Southport twice and on both occasions we were given excellent advice and guidance.

We had been searching for a sofa for months and really struggled to find the right one. Martin was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and helping us choose something a little different.

We ended up going for a more unusual sofa that we absolutely love (Clover) and we’re so pleased with our choice! Martin made the whole experience easy, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

So we just wanted to say thanks to Martin W at the Chester branch for all your help, we can’t wait for the sofa to arrive!

Fantastic service, Jenny at the Southport is just amazing, called up on a busy Saturday morning regarding a sofa I’d seen at another store.Jenny was very helpful and put my order together all without any issues

Good experience in store. Julie Williams introduced herself and let us know she was available to help if needed but we were given time and space to browse and try out the sofas we saw. Julie helped us with measurements and through the ordering process. Up to now an excellent service and we await delivery.

Stokers Ormskirk.
We went to Stokers Ormskirk on Saturday in the hope of purchasing a new mattress. We had been messed around by another company so decided to go to Stokers as we had been numerous times before and knew we could trust them. We were locked after by Sandra who was great to deal with. She gave us time to look round ourselves, then when we needed help she listened to what we needed andgave us some advice. Once we had decided the whole purchase process was quick and easy and Sandra explained everything to us. Very relaxed way to make our purchase and it only took about 30 minutes. We need the mattress quite quickly and this has been arranged to be delivered in no more than 10 days. A great service all round and would highly recommend

Stokers store in Ormskirk is a pleasure to visit. Very well stocked shop with a lovely welcome when you arrive. There is no pressure from the sales staff as you wonder around but there is always someone at hand if you need help or advice.
We were helped with our furniture purchase by Tracy Corns who was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She gave great advise with colour choices etc and how to look after our new furniture when we receive it.
Couldn't be happier with our choice and looking forward to delivery day.

A great experience all round from Stokers. Initially we were left to browse with a minimum of fuss by the staff, but when we needed help they were there.
We settled on a Orla Kiely Sofa, Chair and Footstool, with Steve Hartwell on hand to help us.
Steve was excellent, with just the right amount of help when needed but also letting us make informed decisions by ourselves. He was friendly and welcoming, made the process a pleasure, and was super fast responding to a minor amended after we re-measured the space at home.
So all around a great experience and we would recommend again.
