I visited Stokers, Chester yesterday in search of a new mattress. They have numerous ones which was good but quite daunting. However, I was attended to by Steve Hartwell who was extremely pleasant and welcoming ....and not pushy! He showed me a few mattresses which were appropriate and provided experienced advice which led me to ordering one that afternoon. Thank you Steve for helping me. I hope the process which now follows will be as good as you were.

I found an image of a discontinued sideboard online that I loved and set myself the task of finding it. Emailed a few known stockists and Graeme Beresford responded from Stokers to say they had one on display in their store 😃.
Graeme was fantastic to deal with. Responded to many messages and sent me the measurements and many images and checked the item for me as I wasn’t able to view in person (being 3hrs/130m+ away).
He was able to offer me this at a price I was very happy with and also arranged free delivery!!
Absolutely fantastic service.

Went to stokers to buy a bed and mattress for my first home, Lizzy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me find the bed and mattress that was right for me and a great price too! Couldn’t recommend them more!!!

Tracy in the Ormskirk branch was brilliant. Great advice, very knowledgeable and gave us some very helpful suggestions to consider when making some of our decisions. Excellent.

Walked in the shop and was so happy not to have a sales assistant pounce on me like i had in other stores. When one came over he was very polite i told him what i was looking for and he could not have been more helpful it could not have gone any better Mark Cain was the assistant he gave me so much help then allowed me to browse for a bit without pressure then when i decided to order my sofa he was so helpful and professional. I am really looking forward to getting my suit and could not recommend this company enough other furniture company's should take note if their staff were like Mark they make more sales!!

I rang the store to ask about a floor lamp I’d seen earlier on Friday and was told I’d have to come into the store and order it and it would take 6 weeks to arrive 😳so I travelled back to the store on Monday thinking how unhelpful the sales man had been but I’d really wanted the£299 lamp….I was approached by a really kind salesman Steve Wood who was so helpful and told me I could take the lamp that was on display. I really appreciated all his help plus he carried the lamp out to my car for me….Excellent service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We ordered a Hypnos mattress with the help of Nathan, who was really helpful. It was delivered two weeks earlier than expected this morning by Nick and Adam who carried it up to our loft conversion and set it in place for us. Perfect service all around!

We were served by Scott Dupree, he was extremely patient when we couldn’t decide on a colour! He explained every thing to us about delivery and timescales. The furniture is of a very high standard in the store with an amazing amount of choice.

Scott Dupree was the salesperson who discreetly helped us to choose a three piece suit in the enormous store in Chester. He was very knowledgable and gave us plenty of time to come to a decision and explained everything clearly when completing the sale.

Julie was very professional- she didn't rush us, answered all our questions, helped with discounts to persuade us to buy. We also were surprised at the size of the store and the vast number of styles and furniture available

Beautiful store with lots of choice. Very professional and helpful staff especially Jenny who took the time to explain options and the ordering process.

Great selection of sofas, Andy was very helpful and really looked after us, walking us through the range we chose and the process was so easy with delivery before Xmas

As always we where greeted today by Tracy Corns who we have been dealing with for at least 4 years Tracy makes the buying experience very easy always happy to help beyond what you wouldn't get anywhere else.
Of course it also goes without having to say it the quality at Stokers is the best that's why we keep coming back
Id say over the years I've spent in excess of £10000 here.

We went to Stokers Southport after traipsing around all the other main furniture stores. We were amazed at the difference! Such a great choice of sofas, the quality much better than the previous stores we’d been in and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Jenny in particular helped us with our order and answered all our questions - we couldn’t have had a better experience. We would definitely recommend Stokers to anyone and we’re looking forward to our sofa delivery 🤗

Steve was extrelemy helpful and dealt with our order quickly and efficiently on our visit to Stokers Chester.
When I realised that there was a larger footstool on the information leaflet, I rang up to change the order and he dealt with this immediately.

We visited Stokers Southport to purchase lounge furniture. We had the good fortune to be met in store by Jenny. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and the colour ranges available to us.
We have purchased many items from Stokers and will keep returning because of the level of care and attention to detail that you get from their staff.
So thank you Jenny, Stokers are lucky to have you!

Went to buy a dining table for our new home. Found Stokers in Chester has an extensive choice of furniture on show. The sales advisor (Martin Worley) was very helpful without being pushy at all and he made the whole process very clear and painless. Highly recommended.
