We visited Stokers Southport to purchase lounge furniture. We had the good fortune to be met in store by Jenny. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and the colour ranges available to us.
We have purchased many items from Stokers and will keep returning because of the level of care and attention to detail that you get from their staff.

Went to buy a dining table for our new home. Found Stokers in Chester has an extensive choice of furniture on show. The sales advisor (Martin Worley) was very helpful without being pushy at all and he made the whole process very clear and painless. Highly recommended.

Friendly and welcoming staff who are helpful and not pressurising. We bought two bed side tables and a chest of drawers and Steve H was excellent explaining all the pieces of furniture and specific care instructions. We are returning customers as we have been so impressed with this company before.

We loved the fact you was left to look around without a sales person jumping on you and pushing for a sale and was given the chance to make our own choice the lady that helped us to pic the colour we wanted was so helpful and thee advice she gave us was brilliant

We went to Stokers to look for a new sofa and chairs. As we wandered around Mark Cain approached us and asked if we needed any help. We asked him a couple of questions regarding our requirements and he gave us some much needed, and very useful, advice, showed us the type of leather we needed to look for then left us to look around on our own without harassing us. Once we found something we liked, we found Mark again and he gave us all the information about the product we needed to enable us to make an informed decision and we placed the order. The staff in Stokers are always friendly and helpful but not pushy, and the service we received from Mark was of the high standard that we've come to expect from Stokers.

Recently visited Stokers Furniture Store Sealand Rd Chester.
We were in the market for a new wardrobe.
We were having a look round and were
approached by Steve H in a very friendly way.
He was very helpful and had a great knowledge about his products and through his questioning soon found out what our needs were and was quickly able to match them with a suitable wardrobe and then proceeded to show its versitality by demonstating how we could maximise the space , none of this presentation had us feeling pressurised to buy but made us feel if we DID it would be a good decision. We were comfortable with the whole procedure , this no doubt was in part down to Steve using his undoubted selling skills .
We were delighted with our purchase and would reccomend Stokers and if your buying bedroom furniture , check Steve H out he will really look after you well. Thank you Steve for your service!!

I had seen a sofa I wanted in the Stokers magazine, which unfortunately wasn’t stocked at the ormskirk store. Sandra Maddocks was invaluable in suggested a similar sofa for me to sit and lie on. I hate saggy sofa cushions, and was quickly reassured of the quality of comfy but long lasting firmness.
She was exceptionally helpful in outlining all the colour and fabric options, and together we found the perfect sofa: style, size, price and colour that worked for me.
I never felt pressured to buy, and appreciated her friendly and professional persona.

The salesman was so understanding and helpful. I have been saving for a particular suite and found that it had been sold the previous week and was feeling distraught. Not to worry as Sir Lancelot came to my rescue and ordered everything that I wanted. A 🌟.

Myself and husband went sofa shopping and after visiting some of the main retailers and not liking what they had, we decided to stay local and visit Stokers in Ormskirk. We was greeted with a warm welcome and we were left to view the whole shop without being pestered. Once we decided what we were going for, we went back to see Tracy. she told us to wait a few days as we're on the customer mailing list and a letter with money vouchers should be coming through the letter box soon. We received the letter and went back to the shop and seen Tracy, again with her great help, she talked us through our order and gave us great advice on scatter cushion choices. Tracy is a credit to Stokers and great at her job!

We had a great experience at Stokers in Chester recently. We were lucky enough to be greeted by a member of the team who introduced himself as Nathan. Nathan was incredibly helpful, professional and best of all patient. There were so many choices to choose from regarding colour, materials etc, which can sometimes be overwhelming as the right choice is so important when you are looking to furnish your forever home. What stood out about Nathan was how much he genuinely cared about helping us, rather than simply making a sale. He went that extra mile at every stage and made us feel valued as customers. There was the perfect amount of personal and professional conversation, which ultimately ended with 2 incredibly happy customers. We have never had this level of service in a store before, and it was so refreshing. The whole process was stress free and an absolute pleasure. We now feel like part of the Stoker family and will continue to pass on our experience to family and friends. Thank you Nathan. You're a star. We can't wait for our items to be made so we can show them off, but most importantly, recline on a cloud of luxury and comfort.

Visited Stokers Chester today and purchased a new bed. We were looked after by Steve Hartwell who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The service we received was second to none.
This was not the first time we have purchased furniture from Stokers and it will not be the last.
We would recommend this company very highly.
