Disgusted !!!
Ordered a pair of Uggs costing £150.00 I got the order but then when arrived they were to small !!
I couldn’t do a returns label online so I was advised by their rubbish customer service agents to fill out the return label and send it to my nearest Hermes drop of point !
I sent the parcel back filled out returns label etc.
3 days later I received an email advising me the return has been received but with no Ugg boots inside of them.
I contacted them and they escalated my case to resolutions team case worker (Jenna Dearden)
After a weeks of going back and fourth with them they came to a conclusion that they can’t help me any further as it was me that arranged the return so I would need to take it up with Hermes.
I am now left with a loss of 150.00 for an item I returned back that was stolen along the way.
Disgusted and very disappointed that even resolution team were not helpful.
I was told they will be closing my case and need to make payment to my account.
Avoid using this company!!!!!! once iv got to the bottom of this I will no longer be using studio 24 after years of being a loyal customer and never defaulted in payments..

I brought The Vogue Mirrored Microwave. The wiring was faulty it blew my electrics and sparks came out the back!! There no quality control with this company who makes the microwaves at all
I rang studio completely unhelpful after 30mins they said they'll arrange a pick up. Hermes turned up took the microwave away, Now its conveniently gone missing. Rang back studio they wont help. I've waiting over a month now for my refund!

Don't even bother with this company their customer services and the way they treat customers is absolutely shocking. I placed an order at checkout as it said I could have 6 months pay no interest I then got my bill in to say I now can't have this. Complaints department is absolutely useless so they will be using a customer as I won't buy from them again and neither will my family and friends. Don't waste your time on this useless company staff don't even listen to your problems to even try to resolve! I have asked to now shut my account down guess I be waiting a long time for them to do this as well

Where do I Start? I brought a Gaming PC From Studio for £754, I receive the Wrong Gaming PC that's never bin on Studio site ever! They made promises for me to look for another gaming pc but yesterday? They told me... I didn't return it in the 30 days 😑 When Covid was really bad in 2020 with Restrictions + they wanted me to carry it without a car! to the post office 😮 and pay a fee + have to pay for it to be return???? Wait... Huh? You made the mistake sending it! I have to paid double Delivery? No thanks.....You come and get it! + when i called them out on Twitter? They expose my first name for everyone to see??????? Don't forget i have bin talking with Studio in Private for months and they start saying are you the (Account Holder) hmmmmm well..... You already know this? so why you exposing my name in a Public Tweet huh? I had to delete my Twitter Tweet calling Studio out because it not right to expose my name without my permission like this. How dare you! just got a tweet from Studio saying ( Sorry for "I can confirm that the tweet has now been deleted and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Certainly, this is not how I would want any of our customers left feeling as this is not a regular occurrence." hmmmmm Thanks for removing the tweet but still that not acceptable. I have bin Loyal to Studio for years, I'm finally understanding the bad reviews on TrustPilot. I hope Studio24 learn from my feedback & others in the future as a wake up call....
Slow, Unhelpful & Costly Returns
Ridiculous waiting times, order processing and dispatch of goods and a charge of 4.99 for delivery. Took 72 hours before they processed order, after several phone calls and a email order was processed, now delay on dispatching so goods will not arrive in time, can't cancel order even though not dispatched so will now cost another 4.99 to send them back just ridiculous.
Charged both ways
As much as I like a lot of items from studio I am still amazed that they can charge £4.99 for delivery and then charge us again for returning things

Bought a TV 3mths ago, contacted as it broke last night refused to repair or replace instead told me I had to buy another and wait 21 days for anything to be credited to my account, when I explained that I don't have enough credit on my account to buy another one was basically told hard lines

Still trying to return a faulty item!! Received a call from a customer service lady the other day after my last review, she said it would be collected today but no surprise no one turned up. She even persuaded me to edit my last review so won’t be falling for that again

Absolutely awful company DO NOT USE!!! I placed an order with studio and over a month I had still received nothing I then got a bill demanding an overdue payment on the items I had never received despite having called them three times to explain this. I was told no refund could be issued until I received my goods and sent them back. How on earth can I send back something I dont have!!! Actual theft you can't take money from people for good you havent provided then refuse to replace of refund. Disgraceful!!

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever had..receives a tv which clapped out after a week..Hermes picked it up to be returned on the 15th Oct.. still not been refunded after 3 phone calls all saying give it 14 days..soon as this is resolved I'm closing the account..
No customer service and faulty goods
Ordered a toy rocking horse that Grows with the child so it rocks and then when they are older they can ride it with wheels.
Arrived missing integral parts and even though I have emailed several times and was offered £5 off my £55 purchase I declined and requested a replacement or refund after the initial contact my requests have been ignored.
We have been left with a useless toy and £55 out of pocket.

Do not buy from this company, I bought Kent 8 piece garden set which after 15 mins exploded on top of my daughter,glass everywhere and my daughter covered in scratches, after 4 weeks I am yet to have any form of communication or resolve, they do not care at all

This service is good but customer service is poor I do recommend studio they have good products and are very helpful.
