Czekasz na dostawę w nieskończoność a jak już przyjdzie i chcesz zwrócić to już robią Ci tak pod górkę, żebyś tylko nie zwróciła. Kontakt z biurem obsługi nie możliwy. Nikt nie odpowiada na email i nie ma infolinii.

Im not used anymore to pay for delivery when buying with local online store with value of 100€ plus

The company doesn’t seem to care about…
The company doesn’t seem to care about deliveries at all, but does care about getting rated. A parcel has stuck in the middle of nowhere with no chance to get info about it, but there are a lot of reminders to put some stars for the service.
So, rate is zero.

Dzień dobry, na stronie internetowej jest błąd.
Dostałem komunikat, że płatność przelewem jest błędna, więc po 10 min spróbowałem zrobić płatność BLIK i również był bład. Po 30min dostałem informację, że zamówiłem dwie identyczne kurtki, a teraz muszę ponieść koszty wysyłki i tracić czas na reklamację

Się is wrong, i have identical pants type at home and lenght is different. I have contacted Superdry about this issue 2 days ago and no feedback So far.

Jakość zakupionej sukienki była zgodna opisem i zdjęciem. Rozmiar jest nieco mniejszy, ale w moim przypadku nie było z tym problemu - mam dwie córki...
