From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with.
Everthing was done very expertly from coming to explain about their windows and doors to measuring and giving a price. We did'nt feel pressured in any way.
The workmen that came were very polite and tried not to inconvenience us at all.They worked very hard and got on with the job. They also cleaned up after themselves which is good.

Professional company
Had 6 windows and new front door fitted this week. I was happy from the off with the no hard sell sales just informative and professional the product seems excellent too.

Amazing service from start to finish. Darren came to
Measure our windows and doors he was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable, putting us at ease and talking us through our options. Micheal in the office took our order and was so polite and patient. Today our doors and windows were fitted and to say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement!! Cottage transformation
I am so pleased with the result of my new windows and doors. It was a big job but the lads worked very hard to get it done. I had a French door to replace a window and it has completely transformed my bedroom. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent and finished really well. Alan, Steve and Mike were professional, friendly and very hardworking.

Start to finish positive experience of door and window replacement in new home
Sureseal replaced all our windows and doors in our new home. From start to finish they have been fantastic, from initial consultation to the surveyors visit to the fitting, everyone has been extremely helpful and professional as well as punctual and friendly.
A special mention must go to our fitter Jamie. He did a fabulous job, worked swiftly and unobtrusively. He was punctual , polite and cheerful and left no mess. He was also very mindful of our many dogs and was very considerate when working near them.
We are delighted with our new doors and windows, they have exceeded our expectations and they have really transformed the appearance of our house.

Excellent company to deal with.
Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. No pushy salesman just good ideas and advice.
Fitting service was exceptional, Sean was very respectful of our home and my dog, which i was a little worried about with doors being left open ect, every time he had to leave anything open he made sure she was safely inside.
He was a professional and his attention to detail were second to none, definatly a perfectionist. Would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent service and product.
Excellent service, great product and Sean the fitter was exemplary. Nothing was to much trouble for him. The front door looks fantastic as do all the windows and back door. We will certainly use them again.

The windows are beautiful, excellent quality and look fantastic. The fitters Mal and Jamie worked really hard and kept me informed of what they were doing as the day went on.

Sean was knowledgeable and helpful very customer friendly he has been amazing through the whole process. Quick fitting and excellent finish on the windows and doors. One of the pains of glass broke before he could get it off the van and it was re ordered straight away. I would recommend this company to anyone that asked and ask for Sean 5 stars is not enough I will give it a 10 star rating

Excellent service and fitting
We have just had our windows and doors fitted. It's been a great experience and has given our home a whole new feel.
Our previous windows were fitted in the late 1980s and had degraded badly. These new ones are great.
The window fitters, Alan and Ben, we're great and nothing was too much trouble. They finished well ahead of schedule and left us with a whole new look.

My experience with Sureseal Windows Limited
I contacted Sureseal Windows Limited in early November 2025 to request a quotation for new windows and doors in my bungalow. I had a visit from Neil, who went through all the options and the build quality of their products. There was no hard sell and I thought the price was very competitive. I accepted their quotation and I then had a visit from Rob, the Surveyor, to double check everything and confirm exactly what I'd decided on for each window and door. The work was done last week over 3 days by James Henderson, whose workmanship, attention to detail and friendly manner I could not fault. He was friendly and polite and discussed with me what he was planning to complete each day and remained cheerful even when the rain was sometimes incessant! The results are absolutely beautiful and excellent quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending Sureseal Windows Limited. I was also very happy to be using a small, local South Wales company and when I contacted the office I found that Richard and John were very helpful and accommodating.
