Personal Items Missing From My Vehicle After Service
Left my Sportage for it's 2nd service and upon collection found that personal items are missing from the vehicle. Raised the issue immediately upon realising before leaving the garage and once home, after fully searching the vehicle I found that 2 more items were also missing... These I had placed in a bag, underneath other bags in the boot of the vehicle, simply because I'd realised that they were loose in the boot. Again reported to the Service manager via email.
Left for them to investigate and a contact from Group Operations has called me to effectively wash their hands of it. 'We haven't done what you claim, so we won't be going any further with it.'
Police are now involved.
I can't recommend anyone take their vehicle here for any kind of work. As I now can't trust that the work they say has been done really has due to this experience.

I will never recommend Sutton park…
I will never recommend Sutton park group 390 college Road, Birmingham B440HH for car service as this time was really unprofessional work they done it...as they change tyre leave so many marks and scratches on the alloy wheel then not ready to accept it making funny excuses as System was down for video and picture, not mentioning anything before changing the tyre if there was mark, not filling any form of there was marks before, manager not also certain its done from kerbs, complaint department trying to hide the mistakes and not even showing any footage from CCTV if it was done before...all was denying asking proof...send all the pictures but they not sending any picture or footage of its done. Really disappointed never gona send for car service again.

Shocking experience from Sutton…
Shocking experience from Sutton Coldfield Kia, think very very carefully before using this company.
They will take your money and that’s where it ends, if a problem arises then unfortunately you’re on your own.
Please do your research beforehand.
Reply to Reply- No one has even checked the engine so how can no fault be found- zero customer service and my review stands, just trying to avert the blame.
Absolutely horrendous and would never touch another Kia if you paid me or any other car from this company for that matter.

Sutton Renault Burton On Trent well the sales part was first class, but after that it all went down hill and very fast. The after sales service does not exist, in fact I don't think they have one it's that bad. Don't have the paint treatment because they have no idea what they are doing, I had have mine done twice because the first time there were more white patches all over the car because it was done in a rush but I do not understand the rush they had the car four days before I picked it. Also they were supposed to make a final payment on my old car which they have just done today fourteen days after it ran out, and I have just had to phone the finance company up to save me having to pay any outstanding money. So please don't use the company if you want to be fobbed off by the lack of after sales service.

Good service, friendly staff
Took my Kia into the Sutton Park Kia on Chester Road, Sutton Coldfield as the central locking had gone. Had good service. A lovely man called Brett dealt with me throughout. Very chatty and friendly. They had to order my part which took a day to arrive but car was sorted. A bit nervous taking my car to a garage I'd not dealt with before but felt comfortable. Happy with service.

Aaron Patel was really helpful when we sold our old car and bought a new one, he went above and behond to make my experience the best I have had when dealing with a car salesman. I would totally recommend Sutton Park Group to sell or buy a car, just ask for Aaron and he will look after you.

I had my car serciced at Warwick Renault Sutton Park. The staff were helpful and courteous. The price of the service provided was competitive and transparent. The person who carried out the work was diligent and managed to spot a nail in my tyre. The car was given a free health check and valeted. I am a totally satisfied customer.
Poor service (parts team)
Poor service, I had ordered the Renault Arkana parts and Suttonpark's parts team told after taking the payment that parts would arrive between 10-14 days, and now more then 35 days has been passed and I have been chasing them since last 10 days and still there is only one flat answer that it is in transit and would be updated when arrive, simply no respect, neither I can't cancel the order as they have taken money in advance.

I purchase an Audi a4 from Aaron Patel and I’m very happy with my service. From the moment we walked in we was greeted and shown to the drinks. The car was exactly how it was shown and described. Great service and lovely people!

What a dreadful place to have to deal with.
We purchased a Dacia Jogger Extreme (BV74 FPO) in early November 2024 brand new. Within a couple of weeks it had a few sensor issues and the anti collision kept activating randomly and slamming its brakes on for no reason, we had proof of dashcam to show nothing was around, they booked it in which took nearly 2 months to find a date for the dealership to get it booked in, during this time the RAC plugged it in and found 70 faults and immediately deemed the vehicle not safe for the road, got taken it and sat around for over a week and they just cleared the codes at the garage without even trying to investigate.
They told me they had done things but unfortunately for them they did not unplug my dash cam and it was continuously recording and it proved they did nothing at all.
Got it back for a day and it had to go straight back in for other sensor faults then they told me they’d change the sensors, another 10 days went by and when I went to collect the car back, they admitted they had done nothing again and tried to blame the faulty sensors on the rain, snow, fog ect what a load of rubbish.
Aftersales Jeromy Hughes, and harry there attitudes towards us was terrible, at one point harry swore at me which he denied but I got this on voice record in my pocket.
This place is just horrible to deal with, before you buy the car they’re all over you like a tonne of bricks but as soon as they sell you the car and you leave with the car and then have an issue, they don’t want to know
We had 5 hire cars in the space of not even 3 months because of how many times the car had to keep going back and they did nothing to it to resolve the issues. We had more hire cars than we had the jogger
The car has now been rejected and gone back indefinitely

We were looking for a good quality second hand Renault. We went in and Joab Bailey-Cruise looked after us, he listened to our requirements and came back with exactly what we wanted. I felt he looked after us at every stage and that we got a good deal. Very satisfied.
Awful. AVOID
Awful. Difficulty booking new car in for a warranty repair, took a month to get it looked at. A dubious decision then made a very minor issue not covered by warranty, mind boggling, a grands worth of repair estimate and diagnostics charges followed. Never answer the phone, poor customer service. Avoid.
WORST Experience Ever
Our experience with Sutton Park Kia, particularly with Casper Harriott, was the worst we've ever had.
We drove three hours to view a car, which was in good condition, but the service was terrible. After placing a deposit on Monday, 3rd February, Casper assured us the car would be ready for collection on Saturday, 8th February. I provided all required documents to the finance company on Tuesday, 4th February, yet Casper repeatedly claimed my information was incorrect—though the finance company refused to disclose any issue. He only followed up properly on the afternoon of 7th February, claiming to have "fixed" the issue, yet we were suddenly unable to collect the car.
1. Poor communication – The dealership failed to follow up promptly despite me completing my part early. I tried multiple times to reach Casper, but he was difficult to contact. When he finally returned my call, he repeatedly insisted I hadn't provided the necessary statements—only to miraculously "fix" the issue on Friday.
2. Lack of transparency – Sutton Park Kia refused to explain how they resolved an issue they supposedly had no access to. We confirmed with the finance company that they should not have been able to intervene, raising serious trust concerns.
Frustrated, we canceled the purchase and got our deposit refunded. Thankfully, we found a much better experience elsewhere.
I do not recommend this dealership. Reviews show a pattern of blaming customers rather than addressing service issues, and their defensive responses to criticism confirm this. Avoid if you value honesty and professionalism.

Exceptional second-hand car and an exceptional service.
Having searched for a particular car on the internet we found a top of the range model at Sutton Park. From the initial communication with the Group we were impressed with the prompt and helpful service - even on a Sunday night. The next day we had longer conversations with Aaron and we agreed a fair price for the car taking into account our previous car as a part-exchange. The actual exchange and purchase was very smooth and seamless and was easy and painless for us.
We felt the Aaron actually cared about us and our purchase and we felt we were dealing with a great family run business. We received a call the day after delivery to ask if we had any questions and to ensure we were happy. Such great and friendly service!
The actual car exceeded our expectations and we are exceedingly happy with it. I would have no hesitations giving Aaron a 5 star rating.

I am very pleased with the service that i have from all staff all very friendly people I had a problem with my car & the terms in the garage found my problem & the lady the name Emma all ways very friendly happy to help with anything you have got & it is nice to see a happy friendly face when you come tin to the car dealer

as with many previous contributors, Sutton Park would be better moving into a new field of work, as car sales and servicing is clearily not their thing
On the first year of servicing, the rear brakes where not inspected due to rear brakes where not visible due to the rear brake drums. The same happened the second and third service. Upon inspecting and servicing the car in January in the second year i received a report in the May of the same year that one of the front tyres required replacing due to low tread.

Absolute waste of time
tried contacting Tamworth branch last Wednesday was promised a call back- Monday still no response tried again, Even rang Dacia head office- they couldn't get through either - they sent emails to Tamworth to two managers- still no response - Would I rate this garage no I wouldn't
