Great experience with Nad at Sutton Park in Stourbridge.
We have just picked up our beautiful Dacia Duster Journey from the Sutton Park Group garage in Stourbridge. Our salesman Naweed Hussain was first class and made the entire process very positive. The communication and customer service throughout the process was excellent. Finally the handover on the day was really delightful I think Nad enjoyed it as much as we did. Bought my new Kia Picanto from Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield. I haven’t had my car yet but I have to say the service provided by Leona has so far been excellent and she has dealt with everything with politeness, friendliness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them!

Had great service and a great deal from Sutton Park Stourbridge. Couldn't be more pleased with Salesperson Olliver who made sure everything went smoothly when buying my wife's new Dacia Duster. Although I had Dacia dealers closer to home, the service and deal here was far better. Well done Sutton Park, keep it up.
LIED TO BYE SUTTON COLDFIELD KIA SAYING SOFTWARE UPDATE WHEN IT WAS STILL OLD VERSION
If possible would not give a star.
My car is 8 weeks old kia sportage RJ72LKU and there is problem with software on car keeps disconnecting from blue tooth and asking to be reconnected.
Also disconnects and reconnects from android auto says cable and phone are not compatible.
But works fine on wife's Hyundai Tucson and my previous company car.
Telford kia very good said its needs software update.
So booked in with Sutton coldfield kia 4.4.23
Kept it all day from 9 drop off saying problems downloading software.
So left till next Day.
Called next Day 12.15 all completed latest software is now on the navigation system.
I have kia connect app and happend to look at my phone and noticed a notification from kia app SAYING NAVIGATION SOFTWARE UPDATE FAIL.
Called garage and ask them if it was completed because my app saying failed.
They said yes was done latest software version
When arrived to pick car found that the software version was still old version and mechanic add lied to me and said was updated.
I do software updates regularly as part of my job as national Service Technician on lifts all over uk.
And do download in 1hr
Totally unprofessional service being lied to.
I deal with customers every day and honesty is best policy.
Would never use this garage ever again.
Front of house Brett was excellent and embarrassed about what add gone on.
It's now booked in with another kia dealership.

Fantastic and friendly customer service from Sutton Park Tamworth (found via CarWow).
Car is fantastic and the purchase was seamless. Despite being over 100 miles away from their nearest branch, we would definitely use again.
Dealt with all queries in a timely manner with as little disruption to us as possible. Bent over backwards to help.
10/10 would recommend.

Would highly recommend this garage, have no complaints from start to finish. Everything went through quickly and smoothly without any hassle.

No support from Sutton Park Stourbridge
Paid almost £400 to Sutton Park Stourbridge for service and MOT on 22 Feb 2023. Next day 23 Feb a warning light comes on advising me to take car to approved dealer as soon as possible. The next date Sutton Park can offer to look at car is five weeks away. When I advised I'm a carer for 90 yr old mother and worried about driving with warning light on for such a long period they advised I contact the AA or RAC. I have used Sutton Park Stourbridge for four years. I would never ever buy a car from them again.
AC charging impossible but 5 weeks to wait
We purchased our brand new Renault Zoe EV from this dealership in September 2022. Yesterday, after just 5 months, it developed a serious fault. Every time we plug it in to charge it, it displays an error message on the dashboard saying "AC charging is impossible" together with a big spanner icon.
I phoned the dealership and asked that this problem be looked into urgently. But apparently it can't be dealt with urgently. We have to wait 5 weeks until the 23rd March for it even to be investigated. I consider that a completely unacceptable level of service for a which a recent purchase.
Luckily we can still charge the car at public charge points that have DC CCS connectors, but it would have made no difference with the dealership had that not been the case, and it means that for at least the next 5 weeks, and probably longer, we will have to charge at 10 times the cost of using our home charger, and at considerable inconvenience.

Once I had paid the deposit on a new car the customer service became awful. Its almost impossible to get through on the phone and emails go unanswered. The sale rep Neb Ravic was particularly useless and others were quite rude. I seriously regret ordering a car from these people. Avoid.

Usually 5 stars but the customer care standards have slipped
I’ve bought several cars from Sutton Park Renault in Warwick and used the Coventry branch for service.
My regular sales executive is Colin at Warwick- I like Colin very much. I’ve had 2 Capturs, and 1 Clio and other half has had a Megane. I always go to Colin at Warwick no thoughts of anywhere else.
Every year I get a call to service our car in January. I thought I’d get organised and request my service in Dec via the webpage- I also asked if there was a courtesy car as I’m
Booking in nice and early. No response- I left my email address and mobile number.
Oh well, someone will call me in January and I’ll arrange to drop it off. Other half works in Leamington now so it can go to Warwick.
No call- so I called them.
I asked to book in for service, gave my reg, and was asked what type of service do you need to book? I don’t know you tell me. I wasn’t filled with confidence. The advisor called me back and knew what the car needed.
I also asked for my MOT- to be done at the same time. Which couldn’t be done, my expiry was due before my appt. I said I’d go elsewhere, and he said yeah go somewhere local. I raised my eyebrows- I thought my custom would be welcomed here. Or at least and attempt to find me an appt.
Had an MOT elsewhere- passed flying colours, £25! Brilliant.
Came to service week- no phone call to confirm appt, checked emails and no email confirmation either. Trusted I’d booked in and to take it in anyway.
Car went in fine, and I was home- assuming I’d get a video of the health check come to my email. No email. No call to say it’s ready and everything was ok. I called them again.
Car ready to collect at 5.10pm.
Other half picked up the car, it had been washed, service light off and booked stamped- all the paper work which was all perfect.
Everything was fine with my car and there were no problems- but the experience lacked the usual sparkle.
I often rave about my usual experience of Sutton Park Renault.
Have the courtesy calls and videos of the car stopped? I always liked that I never had to think about booking in before. Was it because I had a New Captur before and now I have an approved used Clio which cost less? Or was it because I used Warwick rather than Coventry for my service this time. Or maybe because my other half dropped it in and arranged picking up after 5.
I can’t quite put my finger on why no sparkle this time.
I can’t fault the work done but where is the extra attention to the car owner disappeared to.

Top notch customer service and happy with my motor
I bought a Renault Scenic here about a year ago and have finally getting around to leaving a review: Gavin was a great salesman and put us at ease throughout the process. The car went on to develop a minor electrical fault in the first few months but Lee & Harry on the service desk were brilliant in making sure it was rectified and I was given a courtesy car so I wasn't left without while they got it fixed. Top notch customer service - I would certainly buy a car from them again. Thanks all @ Sutton Park Warwick

Great Service
Took my Kadjar to the Perry Barr Branch for a full service, fuel filter change and air con refresh. Ray on reception greeted me, all the paperwork was ready as I was able to complete it before on line. Within minutes my car was taken into the workshop and Ray showed me the very comfortable waiting area and told me to help myself to the complimentary drinks (the coffee was excellent). While I was waiting I looked round the nicely laid out showroom, Thomas, one of the sales team introduced himself and we had an informative chat about the pros and cons of electric and hybrid vehicles. After 40 minutes Lee, the aftersales manager came to me and updated me on the progress of the work being done and gave me an estimate on when it would be completed. After 1 hour and 20 minutes Ray informed me that all the work was completed there was no problems but the rear brakes would need attention by the next service, the car is being given a free valet and would be ready to go in 10 minutes. I was given a written comprehensive vehicle health report and told any problems to get in touch. I found the staff at the branch were very knowledgeable and pleasant and the whole experience was very pleasurable. My thanks to you all.

Gave a 5 star review when I bought my fourth car from Tamworth showroom. Since changed my mind due to being required to take the car back twice ( one visit should have been enough) and wait hours while they apparently do a software upgrade having been given the car with a component missing. Can find no evidence of a recall and request for a full explanation of why I have to give up valuable Saturday mornings have gone not only unanswered but not even acknowledged. After care is inadequate

A great Business to deal with…
Having very recently bought a used Renault car from "Sutton Park Group Renault" (Warwick) which is very near Leamington Spa.) I must say how very pleased I was with the experience.
My Daughter too bought a used Renault from them some weeks before, which is why I thought I would give them a try when I decided to exchange my 8 year old Skoda, and we have both been delighted with every aspect of dealing with the Company.
In both cases we were attended to by a very pleasing young Salesperson named Mia, who took us through the process of buying a suitable & reliable motor car, and helped us choose one.
She was so very helpful & patient, & to put it mildly one of the very best Car Salesperson's I have ever done business with.
She wasn't pushy or hurried in any way & I would certainly have no hesitation in doing business with her or 'The Sutton Group' again.
They should be proud of her & glad to have her on their sales team. I wholeheartedly recommend the Group as a great place to buy a Motor Car.

Just been told by the parts guy at Sutton Park kia that my sportage 2011 is not viable to purchase a new radio nav head. Who the he'll does he think he is. If I want to spend £1000 on the wife's car that's my choice. I've heard about the poor after service for kia. Experienced it for my self now.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
purchased a MG ZS AUTO 70 PLATE FROM COVENTRY car arrived with no parcel shelf dent in bonnet scratch on rear bumper interior covered in bog hairs dog biscuits in wheel well when driving bad vibration on steering took to garage informed front discs need replacing and the rear informed Coventry they would only pay for low grade parts which were cheaper informed ombudsman then they refused to pay unless i dropped the case and made me sign an agreement that i would not involve the ombudsman now keyless locking not working received log book noticed i was the forth owner they stated in there add for the car there was only two lied again having now to pay £550 to have the entire bonnet resprayed i purchased this vehicle in July 2022 it is a sever fault riden car anyone having anything to do with this company needs there head examined.Reply received i hope you collect my vehicle in colchester essex no reply as to out of pocket expenses this vehicle has cost me considering your huge condition check you give every vehicle before its delivered.Also lied on advertisement for the vehicle stated 2 owners i am the forth which leaves me with a vehicle nobody wants and cannot get anywhere near my money back this company needs investigating misleading the public.
