Bought a car earlier in the year. The car was not a kia. Car developed engine faults that kept reoccurring even though it went to different garages. I lost faith in the car.

Jake who dealt with my deal was wonderful… not spinning us any lines like some sales people do just straight talking and efficient.
He took the time to explain all the paperwork thoroughly and then bent over backwards trying to get all my finance sorted quickly so I could have my car as soon as possible.

I bought a car to be delivered to London, it is fair to say this is not my local dealer. There was a bit of anxiety at the beginning as to how the progress would work without dealing with Andrew face to face but he has made it very easy for me, from signing the paperwork work to the long wait from the manufacturer and right up to the delivery, he kept me informed throughout the process and always quick to respond emails and calls.

I had been looking at a few cars to buy at the beginning of 2022 and decided to settle on the new Sportage. Although there is a wait for new cars in general at the moment my car salesperson, Ethan, ensured that he kept in touch and answered any questions I had - even the ones I thought were silly questions. He was polite, informative and genuine.
I've been buying cars for almost 20 years now. This is the first time I've ever bought a Kia...it won't be the last I'm sure.
I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ethan throughout my experience and I cannot recommend Sutton Park Kia highly enough and I can safely say that that is down to him giving me an incredibly positive customer experience. He wasn't pushy; he was sincere and honest and this, for me, goes a long way. Thank you to Ethan for his patience with me and for his attentiveness throughout my experience. If you get half the experience I did you'll be absolutely delighted with Kia Sutton Park.

I went to Sutton Park just to browse my options and when I was there Gavin King helped me to find a car that fitted my budget and my needs. He ran through every car available in the dealership and found one that was a perfect fit. At every step he was very helpful, answering all my questions clearly and honestly and without the pressure I had felt at other dealers! Throughout the process he kept me informed at each step so I wasn’t left wondering where I was in the process. He ensured I was able to pick up my car when it suited me and even went to the effort of freshening my alloys on my used car. I cannot thank him enough for helping through the process of buying my first car!

Sutton Park were the only dealers I found prepared to offer a discount on MRP unless I took finance. They are a long way from where I live but from discussing placing an order to delivery of the car the service and customer care were first rate. The options were clearly explained, documentation was received quickly and I had regular contact from Leona with updates on the order and delivery date. They arranged trailer delivery to my house at a very reasonable price and were a pleasure to deal with. No hard sell on GAP insurance, finance deals, paint and upholstery treatments or anything else which makes a pleasant change these days.

Excellent service from the helpful and friendly staff from the initial ordering of my new car until collection. I was kept well informed of the delivery situation and contacted on a regular basis. I would certainly have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle from them.
