I ordered an Explorer with Ultra additions and personalisation on 26th March.
Landed on my doormat before midday on the 30th, so that's four days from order to receipt, with one of those being Good Friday.
The order process is easy, I like being able to see the personalisation to check it's OK before ordering.
The knife looks great, the printing is spot on.

I'm pleased with my Swiss Champ Army Knife. I got mine engraved and am happy with how it's been executed. The style, one of many, is beautiful and there was a wide array of fonts to choose from.

I sprung for the ultra version for the numerous extra applications it can accomplish. It's nice to have something useful that's legal to carry. The tools are all in order and each piece has been well made. The blades are literally razor sharp. The range of tools is impressive and I can see a myriad of uses for them.

Admittedly it did take longer to arrive than I hoped. Though it was ordered a few days before Christmas, so I suppose it's expected.

This is only the first day of owning it, so I can't say more. Thank you!

I recently ordered a swisschamp tool from this company and paid for next day delivery. I got a confirmation of purchase email straight away and then nothing further. The order didn't arrive the following day. I then rang the company and spoke to a very helpful man who took my order number and then passed my royal mail tracking number. He informed me it should be delivered today but definitely by the following day. I checked the royal mail site and found my details and the package arrived that afternoon. The tool is exactly as I expected and despite initial worries after reading other trustpilot reviews I can definitely recommend this company

I was initially sceptical of this company as it had some conflicting TP reviews. Rang the company number last week, spoke to a nice young man, decided to take the plunge (thinking I may have to make a credit card chargeback), made the order on the website. It’s arrived!

Your website and ordering format and ease of use is very good. ( I have dyslexia and adhd and find at least 50% of websites very confusing)
Adhd is becoming commonplace in the modern world so it's good that your site works with this.

The name/ annotation customising option is great ..... makes the product very personal indeed.

Absolutely amazing service. We sourced scales to the colour of my farther Mgb and they took care of rest a matching pair of engraved knifes.

Just what I needed at a very reasonable price

Placed an order, which they acknowledged, then had an email saying they posted it the next day, but still waiting for it to arrive 10 days later. No reply to my email asking where my order is. I will try phoning, but after reading other similar reviews, it's not looking good. Would definitely not order from them again, wish I'd have read the other reviews first.
