Total 14 days Takes Your Managment team for just Selecting me.
7th January 2025 Grishma madam told me You are selected.
Give me needed documents. To joining you.
I will give you my all documents. More than 7 times to Grishma madam and Yashika madam Your Senior HR TEAM.
To many Times I ask With Grishma ma’am she told me. You are 110% Joining to Titan don’t worry.
Till 10th of February 2025 your offer letter is on your hand.
She told me that Tanishq jewels only Hired HSC passout person But in a Special case I mail With Yashika HR and Seniour management team And Avinash (AREA BUISNESS MANAGER).
All are agree i hired you on special case because you have more than 6 years of experience in jewellery field.all times I communicate with Grishma ma’am she told don’t worry Shubham aapka Joinning ho jayega.
Yashika is on leave to 7 days.
Please wait when she is coming on Monday 10th February than your Offer letter was on your hand.

I’m really Appologized for Grishma because she is new staff.
First of all Grishma Madam wrong communicate with me 60 days ( PROCESSING TIMES - INTERVIEW TO JOINNING)
2nd mr. Avinash (Area buisness manager) he will not even knows when i give the interview to him. Which days it will take to process.
3rd miss Yashika HR team She already have all documents she knows I don’t have completed 12th HSC she tell me 10th February more than 45 days you are Rejected.
Because i have completed my Diploma of Electronics and communication engineering
10th + 3 years Studying .
You if you don’t want to hire me please don’t hire I’m fine BUT tell earlier.
Your management team waste my Two months.
Yashika Also rudely talk to me on call with attitude i hire more than 60 people don’t teach me. I don’t want to hire you.
Don’t hire me if you don’t want Employees.
Please give me my two month salary because I’m very poor person.
I said to 2 companies No for Tanishq only.
And please Report your HR department
She both are fraud to me. She broke my trust and Time. Please kindly Help me

I recently visited Tanishq store Bhatinda to purchase Gold bangles and was extremely disappointed with the service. One of the male staff didn’t know his name, was arrogant and unprofessional, making the entire experience unpleasant. Instead of assisting us respectfully, he was uncooperative and even seemed to judge our choices, as if it was up to him to decide what we should buy.

Shopping for jewelry is a personal experience, and customers expect respect and support, not condescending attitudes. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.Good customer service is essential, especially in a premium brand like Tanishq. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training for their staff.

i am regular customer of Tanishq. For the past 4 years ihad invested in "GoldenHarvest" This time your shopper told to invest in "Golden advantage10K" Today i tried to pay online asi done for Harvest in your web site.
but no provision for Golden advantage 10K.
Then why your shoppers recommening it.

Poor customer care.... Worst store...never going to visit tanishq store panipat... Koi customer services nhi hai.... They just delay our queries...

I am having call recording... They said aapki query ko hmne email krdia hai , but hum apko status whtspp p send nhi kr skte, store p aake check krlo.... But store p visit krne k bad they said... Hm email nhi show kr skte ...

Wasting customers time by misguiding nd not resolving issues....

Not recommending anyone to visit tanishq panipat...

Tanishq delhi se hmne shopping ki vha customer support acha tha ... But panipat store is worst....

Resolve my issue till Tommorow, I want full refund of my money .. otherwise filing case in consumer court.

On recent visit few times in Salt Lake outlet of Tanishq, I have been overwhelmed by the varieties and designs as well of their products. Furthermore the services received from Mr. Abhishek Mullick, one of their Retail Sales Officer was absolutely outstanding - already reviewed with outstanding feedback given a few days ago. Not only Abhishek alone, the craftsman Mr. Alok Das has also done a great job.

We would have liked a few more options. We got a pair of ear rings and a finger ring. Not too impressed with the collection. We had to compromise with the options provided.

It was a incredible experience visiting Bandalaguda Tanishq showroom. Extraordinary taken care by Razia Begum. She was polite and serves in her best capabilities to provide details and information about the product. It was very satisfactory.

Hats off to the craftsmen’s work behind the detailing on the jewellery.Customer service at Jayanagar 3rd block Tanishq store is commendable. Mr.Veeresh has been very polite and experienced resource who helped us a couple of times while we were at their store.Thanks you Tanishq.

Lots of variety and collection of gold jwellery, polite and knowledgeable staff. Especially Vipul Thakor who works in Vallabh Vidyanagar store in Anand Gujarat. He also explained the price structure and breakdown in detail.

We visited first time to Pattukkottai TANISHQ in 2020, we found all the staffs doing good service,but especially Mrs. IMACKULATE doing fantastic customer service at all the time. Because of her behaviour and good attitude our all family members going to purchased always to Pattukkottai TANISHQ only.
