I visited tanishq for purchasing haram...the employees are very cooperative and sweet .. especially the employees Abirami is very cooperative...and good in showing jewels .

We shopped for a diamond necklace at Tanishq, North Usman Road, T. Nagar, Chennai. The person who served us, Ms. Archana, displayed a positive attitude and also showed all the relevant necklaces for us to choose from. However, the experience at the billing counter was terrible. The one who billed our purchase, Mr. Sabari, just didnt care. He collected the payment within a few mins of our arrival at the billing counter, but, made us wait for 45 mins thereafter since we didnt have local mobile number! After I threatened to cancel the payment, they called the store manager to sort out the issue. They were collectively blaming Ms. Archana for the problem! Archana did a good job of showing us the right product and had nothing to do with the billing. The overall experience is exactly same as what one would have in a Government office!

Tanishq has good products and we trust them, but, that alone is not good enough especially while selling diamond necklaces and other high end products! If they do not improve service standards, they are bound to lose customers to competitors.

We ordered neck chain from overseas for our family on India. We requested for address update, they emailed with ticket number but no action.
They never reach to the right address. It’s has been more than 2 weeks with no resolution. Now they have cancelled order on their own without asking us. Bad customer service with person called Pritijeet. We were with call on what’s app with him and he added another person on call without our consent, number is 9916388039. Is this company a fraud!! Going to email the MD CK Venkatraman to let this company learn a lesson. When people order gold, it’s just not the product they have feelings attached. Worst ever experience!!!

service quality at your Sarjapur Road to Marathahalli HAL Road branch. During recent visits, I experienced rushed and discourteous interactions from the staff, which affected the overall service experience.

Actually Tanishq’s after sales service and customer care team deserves zero stars.
Tanishq is reluctant to buy their own gold items and simply refuses to pay the refund.
Refer the Tanishq’s Case number TKT-0037493583 created on 05 October 2024.
The latest email received from Tanishq’s customer team on 18 October 2024 asking two more days to resolve this issue.
After that no response
They are not responding to the the complaint which I registered against the them in Department of consumer affairs (complaint no 6340756)

"I bought a chain on Saturday, 12th October. On the 4th day, the chain broke without any mishandling. I have been wearing the chain regularly since the day I bought it, and it is of poor quality. According to the exchange policy, the chain should be replaced within 7 days of purchase, but they did not replace it. Not happy with the service.I would suggest not to buy here n loose money".

Tanishq jewellery is all great and amazing. But this review is for their website. Their site interface is pathetic, everytime I press ‘back’ it scrolls all the way up. Then I have to scroll again past some 2000 items. It’s so annoying. This needs to be fixed asap.
Customers need to get an idea of designs and budget and all so they check online website before going to physical store. Their website needs utmost attention.

Very poor and rude customer service given and misguidance by the staffs are covered by silly policies and putting customers under the bus .

My family has been a loyal customer of Tanishq for as far as I remember and the relationship goes back 30 years. We had never experienced anything but excellent service and assured quality products.

However, what we faced today ruined 3 decades of trust. The Encircle Id, Invoice that can be traced by phone number, which is linked to both PAN and Aadhaar, and certificate of authenticity- all seem to be fake assurances to fool customers and harass them after selling a faulty product.

I purchased a diamond necklace worth a lot in Dehradun. Gifted to my sister. After 2/3 wears, it broke just like that. Since my sister lives in Hyderbad, she went to return it and faced such harassment. They ridiculously expected me to fly to Hyderbad to return the product. What is the whole point of having a dozen identifications and proofs when Tanisq is going to harass customers who return the defective and /or sale of old /recycled jewellery???

Real service and trust is not about selling billions of worth jewellery, but how Tanishq deals with customer grievances especially in relation to faulty products.

Total disappointment and Tanishq in my mind is forever Tarnished. A local street side jeweller would have handled it much better. If you wish to buy from Tanishq, ask the right questions before buying. Examine closely and test the product. Try and don't change the phone number used for billing as their Encircle number doesn't mean anything (hogwash). Ensure you take a half day leave, the billing process takes more time than the actual purchase. God forbid, it you are stuck with a Defective Product, ensure it's gifted to a person who lives in the same city where you purchased, or else, a long bureaucratic process and we are supposed to trust them with the product when it goes back to the factory. Funny or ridiculous...not sure!

Don't trust their latest digital app too. Two weeks back, we could see the whole history of our purchases. All disappeared now with an update. Tanishq probably plays by the rule of probability. Who retains bills and invoices for so long. No bill no digital record...means more deductions when you want to exchange or return despite the tanishq symbol on the jewellery. When selling, they hype the proposition ...Buy Diamonds as you will get 100 value on exchange or sale . And when you actually go back...a rigmarole of requirements that are nonsensical.

First of all, if you are from the south the designs are minimal. You have got not much choice.
Second, the waiting time is very long for billing. I really cannot understand why a billing should take so long.
Third, when you get the bill you cannot understand how it has been calculated. They will give an explanation just to confuse you more.
Biggest joke is you get an email to give a feedback and when you open the site there is an automated message which says "thanks for your feedback". This was the least expected from a Tata brand. This experience was from the Viviana mall, thane Tanishq.

Employees were very user friendly and had a good and neat service especially from goldsmith - Narayanaswamy

Service, Availablity of products, Customer handling - These three aspects I like.

Customer service. Ragini was much help during the purchase.

Faulty weighing balance scale display used, by purposely adjusting the Sartorius make weighing balance scale to Off-center level and then displayed tared zero weight. This is witnessed by me on 08th August 2024 between 13:00 to 13:30 at Tanishq shop, Near, AISHA MALL, Ground Floor, Shop No.2,&nbsp, Circle, Old Market, Madgaon, Goa 403601. Also, the weighing balance scale didn't display any balance scale calibration status on it.
When I questioned them about the scale being not leveled, the Tanishq employee girl at the billing counter did not respond to adjust the balance scale level and tare it again before weighing. Instead she told me that she has billed 2 milligram lower gold (22 Karat) weight. In reality, an off- centered weighing scale can show the difference of around 1 gram easily.
Tanishq is well adjusted in cheating people by using such tricks of Off-centered weighing balance scale, 10% discount, higher making charges and wastage and many more.
To save my peace of mind, I didn't argue further with them. Also, their behavior was not professional when I questioned them about the Off-centered weighing balance scale.
To summarize, Tanishq Margao easily cheated me with the not leveled balance weighing scale and with such unprofessional behaviour on my 1st purchase there.
There is absolutely *NO TRUST* in Tanishq Margao branch.

Experience was great as the employee(Kaushiki Mishra)showed all the items as per preference.

Particularly Connaught Place showroom male ad-hoc sales person deputed on that day in diamond necklace section, dealing with him was worst experience of our life on 6 August 2024. His commission, if any, may be seized because his efforts was nill and we were having no other option to get the exchange with more money. His behaviour attitude and action way of talking was not as per the job requirements. Perhaps there may be lecuna in your selection process.
