So happy with my purchase and fast delivery

The item was not dispatched within 24 hours as stated on the website, I therefore waited longer than expected for the part to arrive. The anonymous customer service agent (they do not sign off their email with a name) offered zero flexibility when I wanted to return an item merely 3 days after the 14 day returns period had ended. The item had not been used and was still completely in the same condition from when it was sent out and received.

Item arrived promptly and as described, have ordered replacement filter more than once now and never had any issues.

Dishonest and poor service experience. Said that the item was in stock then I had to chase to see what was happening to then be told it was going to be delayed by several weeks. As that approached I asked for an update and then got a dispatch notice so organised my plumber to fit then when arrived it was only part of the order but nobody thought to let me know this and the other part would be further delayed. You don't hear anything unless you chase them and one of the poorest experiences dealing with a company I've had.

we had an issue replacing the new toilet seat & staff were very responsive on a phone call and the solution they promised arrived within a couple of days . Very impressed

Ordered Twyford toilet pan only as advertised ,got email to say order was incomplete,I replied to email saying I only need the pan.Got email saying carrier did not deliver to my area.Carriers they use areDPD TNT and PARCELFORCE all these carriers are in my area every day.i feel if I had ordered the parts I did not need it would be on its way by now. Will not use again nor recommend. Poor poor service

Great sales department too. I had a very mundane question about bristan bath taps and was answered promptly and with knowledge about product.
The taps were a great price, and arrived within 2 days!
We have a new build and unfortunately the mixer taps that were fitted were letting too much cold water feed in.
My husband has solved the problem by installing two separate bath taps. We now have lots of hot water.

Placed my order on 16th and taps were delivered on 18th. Absolutely brilliant service! I cannot fault this company. Initially, I made a mistake by ordering the wrong item (ordered Bristan instead of Burlington taps in error). When I realised my mistake I immediately emailed Taps
Empire to ask for the order to be cancelled. The following morning I received confirmation my order was cancelled and they'd arranged a refund. Immediate attention from Taps Empire just when I needed it. Their pricing for the taps are also extremely competitive. I would definitely recommend this company.

This evening I tried to purchase an identical item online, fine until it came to payment - the web site seems unable to process the payment. Santander have approved it, but the web site can't complete it.
I don't have time for this. Get it sorted.
