After over 40 years as customer
After over 40 years as customer, I bought Lowa boots. Had leak in one. Returned and was treated scathingly. Told that at 14 months they would not
return them . Contacted Lowa direct and without hesitation had new pair , latest style, within 4 days

Boots arrived scratched in many places…
Boots arrived scratched in many places on both boots. This was covered by clumsily layered wax.
Luckily service was prompt and I received a refund.
