Difficult feet
I wear an external brace over my left shoe and find it very difficult to get footwear to fit, especially walking boots. I phoned the Bristol shop to discuss my problem and was advised to come when Braam was working. Braam was wonderful. He measured my feet, knew which walking boots would be most suitable for me and spent two hours on getting the best fit by trying different insoles and imaginative lacing up. He had infinite patience. I shall be back for walking shoes next.

Bought a Rab Cirrus jacket from Taunton…
Bought a Rab Cirrus jacket from Taunton leisure about two weeks worn once for about an hour the was comfortable fitted well but the pocket zips continually jam in what appears to excess material contacted Taunton leisure and they don’t to accept a return because I no longer have the tags and because I’ve worn it even if for only an hour I’m now saddled with a brand new jacket that I can’t use the pockets both pockets have the material jammed into the zips this proved to be a very expensive shopping experience with Taunton leisure buyer beware of this company

We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced an issue with the pocket zips on your jacket.
As the item has been worn and the tags removed, we’re unable to process it as a standard return. However, as this may be a potential manufacturing fault, we have provided you with a free returns label so the jacket can be inspected and, if necessary, sent to Rab for assessment under warranty.
Where a fault is confirmed, the manufacturer can authorise a repair, replacement, or refund. We are committed to helping resolve this properly and in line with the warranty process.
We look forward to receiving the item so this can be progressed as quickly as possible.
